Jose did really good work patching a few holes in a wall and replacing the baseboard. Gave me a quote on Sat and finished everything on Sun. There was a slight miscommunication - I didn't know the paint I had was too old and wouldn't match the rest of the room. So I just had him texture the wall and will paint later on.

He was straight forward with the price he let us know when there a additional work done and he explain why he was timely it only took him 2 days to a bathroom that was water damage. He is courteous and I will him again. I am happy with the outcome!

Did a wonderful job in only two hours. Plan to use them again for any future projects and will recommend them to my friends.

My only issue with Jose Amaya was the fact that he was telling me that he was arriving at a very specific time and then arriving much later. Although he was always doing something related to the project - most often acquiring materials required for the project, I indicated to him that he should simply send a message indicating he was acquiring supplies and also indicating a new estimated arrival time. Jose did much better on this account once I had discussed the matter with him. So I have no more issue here and therefore give him a five star rating on customer service.

Amaya Pro Renovations were just that: PROS! They were communicative in the days leading up to the repair work and showed up on time and ready to get it all done. It was clear to me that they take a lot of pride in their work, and once it was done, I can see why. I will 100% be calling on their team for future work big and small.

Both men worked when they said they would. Which has not always happened for me. They explained what they were going to do and finished quickly. Very nice.

Jose and his team replaced two of our ceilings and fixed our walls. I was very impressed with the work, the communication, the amount of time it took, and how good the price was. The experience was better than we have had with any other contractor and we are already planning on hiring them for more projects and definitely recommend Amaya's Pro Renovations to anyone seeking work done.

Jose’s work quality and ethic are top notch. He and his crew repaired cracks in our ceilings, installed crown molding and painted ceilings and walls of 70% of the interior of our house. All our furniture and floors were protected from dust and paint. The work area was left clean and tidy when the work was finished for the day. Constructive feedback from the homeowner was accepted. After the project was completed, the entire work area was cleaned and our furniture was put back in place. Jose’ and hid crew are conscientious about their work and courteous. We recommend them.

Antonio did an excellent job taking down the sheet rock ceilings and walks. He worked nonstop until the job was complete. José was fantastic. The price was very good. I also have Amaya Pro Renovations hired to reinstall insulation and sheet rock as soon as my roof is done. I highly recommend Amaya Pro Renovations. They do a lot of other things too. Very nice and kind men. Try them you will be pleased!

I contracted with Jose and his crew to repair my badly rain damaged front door. Part of bottom of door was rotten. The door has a beautiful beveled fleur de Lis glass.Jose was very attentive to detail and went out of his way to match trim. The job took more time then expected and he had to cut out part of the door and replace it. He then had to have crew restain the door and apply marine type varnish. It came out very well. I plan to use Jose again ..

I paid them $700 by deposit and did not do the job, he told me that he will not return me the money and to stop calling him about that.

Amaya is a hardworking man and professional, I recommend him, he respect the property, he does a very nice work, he is respectful and kind, very punctual heâ s not the person who is going to left your job without notice is very responsible. Always cleaned after every job. Iâ ll call him in the future.

The worker did no show when promised. (On time) Not punctual. Left job without notice. Took longer than reasonable. Did not clean up chipped fallen paint. I bought the equipment and when he left he took the leftover with him. I had to ask for him to bring them back. He asked to be paid by Zelle and when I did, he changed his mind and asked for a check. I had to pay a fee of $34. to cancel the transaction. On a different note, he advised of a large hole in my roof that was in dire need of repair, when my husband and son went up on top of that roof to examine the hole and place a temporary tarp, found no such hole. Solicited me to repair such a hole that we did not find. He took a picture of the said hole on his phone but never sent it to me. I am having trouble trusting this individual. After much thought, I do not think I will be retaining his service again. So having to hire someone else to do the work.

Mr. Amaya and his crew were very well-mannered, easy to deal with, affordable and patient with their customers. The quality of the jobs is great. I will be calling again!
