David Sanchez, Marco Salgado, and the whole crew are wonderfully professional and respectful. I had a lot of questions throughout the process, and also added work to the contract. I was always met with prompt and helpful responses. The quality of their work appears solid to me. The termites had had a feast on my house before I bought it. It appears to be in great shape now. The timeline did take longer than expected, but this is a very rainy time of year, and I did add work to the contract. There was also greater damage to the interior walls than I expected, but they repaired the walls. I would definitely recommend Al Sanchez Construction. I am happy with the work they did, and enjoyed having their friendly and hard-working crew at my new home.

Despite some very cold weather condition that included road and bridge closings, the job was completed close to schedule. David Sanchez was on the job for the final adjustment. Several weeks later David sent two men out to make adjustments.

The company was prompt and on-time for both the estimate and the job. Very professional company.

They were extremely professional, punctual and hard working. They came in, worked hard and got their job done quickly and cleaned up. A perfect job without causing a huge mess or disruption to the household. I wish every company could be this professional and efficient!

Explanation of work scope was good. Work crew were polite, punctual, and non-invasive. Job was finished in a few days. David and Marco came by to inspect the job and pick up final payment after completion and weren't pleased with the degree of clean-up after the job. I didn't really have any problems with it but they sent out a crew again to tidy things up a bit more. Overall a very easy experience with great quality of work and attention to detail.

From the beginning to the end, they were professional, punctual, neat and very considerate of the tenants. They explained everything in detail and told me what to expect. I plan to do an addition soon and I will definitely use them again

They were on time. They did everything as well as I expected during the estimate.

It went well. Overall good experienced. I was plesed at the professionalism and quality of work. Although there was one issue when some porch boards that needed replacing were done so with untreated wood. I saw this. was expecting treated lumber, and called Mr SAnchez and asked if they could use treated wood, so the following day the crew simply replaced the wood with treated lumber. There were a couple of examples of this kind of scenario during the week or so it took to complete the job. And Mr. Sanchez always listened to the issue and fixed it with out any hang ups or excuses. In the end I was very satisfied. I would recommend AL Sanchez to others. Very reasonable prices. The front of my house now is level and is back in action. A great improvement and done right. Thanks, ya'll did a great job.

the entire experience from beginning to end was wonderful!! david sanchez and marco met me at the home as agreed upon....the did a thorough examination under the home, utililizing an "electronic level" throughout the interior of the home....i received a verbal explanation of the problems noted, the proposed solutions and an approximate price. the verbal explanation was followed by a written estimate which included all of the specifics of the job to be performed including the approximate length of the job, persons who would be present on the jobsite, the final cost of the work to be performed. david sanchez and marco arrived and were present on the jobsite at least 3 times to observe work being performed, and make any necessary adjustments and such. the workers were very polite and worked very hard. the entire construction site was completely cleaned following the job. i feel that the quoted price was reasonable for the amount of work performed and the expertise of the employees. i would absolutely use "al sanchez construction, llc" for any future projects!!

They gave a thorough estimate and explained all the details of what work needed to be done. Unfortunately I did not end up buying the property due to the extensive damage however I'll definitely use them again if I need foundation work in the future.

David Sanchez (contractor) and his workers showed up on time, they were neat, did their work, and finished the job on time. I'd recommend them and would hire them again.

It was a wonderful experience - David Sanchez is super professional and explained everything in detail - I just don't remember all the details & wanted to give this review before too much time went by. I was very apprehensive about this project & had lots of anxiety about the leveling being done correctly. Actions speak louder than words. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves and did not charge me more when they ran into an unexpected problem, even tho the job took longer than expected - only a delay of one day & considering the extent of this project was acceptable. It you need some foundation work, call them and let them tell you about the solution to you problem, then use them - you will be glad you did!

The company arrived on time and was clean and friendly. After an inspection I was told I did not need foundation repair and was told exactly what I needed to do to fix the problem. That is definitely a company I have faith in and would call again if I need to have work done. I am very satisfied..
