This review is long overdue; but, after expressing numerous times to individuals the great work that Al Sanchez Construction did in repairing my home’s foundation, I finally decided to put it in writing. I have a 70 year-old home that was having recurring foundation issues and was, literally, “lopsided” in various areas. Back in February of 2012, I tried to get my house “leveled” by another company; instead, I ended up losing $11, 520 dollars to extremely substandard work. Now, fast forward to January 2018. Using Angie’s List as a resource, I contacted Al Sanchez Construction to repair and level my home’s foundation and was immediately impressed by their professionalism and honesty. The work that my home’s foundation ultimately needed was very extensive, physically challenging, and time consuming; but the extremely hardworking crew of Al Sanchez Construction knew exactly what to do! And at the end of each day, the crew always took great care in leaving the work area clean and orderly. I now have - thanks to Al Sanchez Construction - a leveled 70 year-old home with a strong, solid foundation!!! Finally!!! Thank goodness!!! Thank you so much to David Sanchez and his crew at Al Sanchez Construction!!!

They was very professional, upfront (with everything no hidden charges) and helpful. They was perfect ... Mr. David, Mike, and the crew did everything right on point. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Work went well, at completion owner came to collect payment and said he left paperwork at another job. I paid by check and agreed to receive paperwork by email. I contacted owner 2 weeks later requesting email. I received a receipt that documented the amount paid but was blank otherwise. Work was subbed out but was done well

Loved working with Dave and Mike and their crew! Their communication was amazing; everything they said they would do, they did promptly and completely. The crew was prompt, polite, and professional. They cleaned up nicely after each day of work and work was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.

Mr. Dave and Mike employ the best all around crew. Sergio and Mario were so polite and great at everything they worked on. From the concrete to the roof we are totally satisfied with everything this company provided to us. This was my second experience with Al Sanchez Construction and it went equally as well as my first. The foreman and crew arrived as scheduled. They took precautions to protect my recently stained concrete sidewalk as they tackled the job of removing and replacing more than 30 feet of rotted sill beams. It was necessary to temporarily move a few electrical lines and water pipes to access the floor joists. Once the new beams were in place my entry door and cabinet doors all worked perfectly? This is a professional outfit with skilled employees. When the crew left there was no evidence that they had even been here. I highly recommend Al Sanchez Construction for your needs.

This company came recommended. I appreciated the time on the front end that was spent explaining what the problem was and how they would perform the work. The work was completed in a timely manner.

The insurance process after a large pickup truck smashes into your house is pretty grueling. Of all the parties involved in our insurance claim, Al Sanchez Construction was, by far, the most positive experience. Dave Sanchez came by to look at our damaged slab to give us an estimate. While he was there, he let me know that they also specialize in insurance claims and looked around at the overall damage. He seemed very knowledgeable on what he was talking about and experienced in dealing with insurance companies and the claims process. He explained that a full estimate (of all damage- not just slab) would be free if we contracted with them, but the time it takes to get into the detail would require we pay a fee if we did not contract with them. Totally understandable, in my opinion. I am very glad we decided to go with them. They found damage from the accident that the insurance adjuster did not include in the claim and in several cases, they talked directly to the insurance company about those issues. In most cases, the insurance company ultimately agreed to cover. Dave and all of his employees were highly professional and friendly. The work is top notch. They work with you on your schedule and we got high level professional work for the budget we were working with. There were a few small side projects that I asked them to do while they were already around for the insurance claim (concrete repair, minor roof repair) which I paid out of pocket, separate from the claim, and they were happy to work with me on it. Highly recommend.

Al Sanchez Construction was great. We initially had Al Sanchez Construction replace some piers prior to listing our house for sale. When the buyers' inspector found damage to sills, joists, and piers in other areas of the house, Al Sanchez Construction was able repair everything in a short time frame so that we were still able to close on time. They worked with us under less than ideal time constraints. We can't recommend highly enough.

ASC guys did excellent work from start to finish. This is a very professional team and they are highly skilled at what they do.

They used blocks to jack up the foundation, removed the inadequate shillings and installed additional press paoline piers. Stabilized the foundation. Completely satisfied from start to finish. Excellent! The workers were very courteous and on time. Mike and David, took the time to explain everything to me and how they would do it. They completed the work in the time frame given. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for these kinds of services.

From start to finish, Sanchez Construction handled the job like true professionals. They provided me a fair quote very quickly and took the time to explain to me all the work that needed to get done. Mike was incredibly responsive via calls, texts, and emails throughout the entire process. At the end of the job, Mike gave me a detailed walkthrough of all the work that was done and the site was spotless.

I called Al Sanchez Construction and requested an estimate on stabilizing the foundation prior to starting a remodeling project. David and Mike appeared on time as scheduled. Both men conducted a thorough examination of the interior and exterior of the home before going under the house. Upon completion of the inspection, David provided me with a written contract and David explained the specifics of the work to be done and exactly how it would be accomplished. I accepted the contract and a start date was set. Mike stayed in touch with me as the start date neared and as agreed appeared with a five man crew. Mike introduced me to the foreman and then walked the foreman through every step of the contract. The five man crew worked efficiently and did not appear to take a lunch break. Much was accomplished in this one, long day. The contract was fulfilled completely, to include a proper cleanup and removal of all debris. Mike appeared the following day and went under the house to confirm the quality of the work. To conclude, I found all members of Al Sanchez Construction to be true professionals. Mike was the point of contact for all things subsequent to the initial visit. I found Mike to be attentive to my needs, always reachable and very knowledgeable. Based on my personal experience I highly recommend Al Sanchez Construction.

Made an appointment several weeks out. A couple of days before appointment, got a call informing cost would be $125. I said ok, and expected them to show up. I took a day off work to meet them. They did not show up. Waste of my time. They failed me.

I purchased their offer of inspection and estimate, which was well-priced. The company was professional and gave a thorough estimate including diagrams. The were honest as to which option for repairs they would recommend in my case (stabilization vs raising/shoring) saying the most expensive option was not their recommendation based on values in my area. Unfortunately we could not afford either, but I feel their prices were competitive. The previous company I called didn't even measure and told me information that didn't sound correct, which was proven so by Al Sanchez. I appreciate their professionalism.

Working with Mike from Al Sanchez was great! We were out of town during the work and he kept us updated with high-quality photos of the work and additional damage they found. They finished the job on time and exercised proper discretion. We were eager to get our next contractors in after the foundation work, and Mike was helpful at communicating when it would be safe to let other workers into the house.
