Description of Work: Did shoring work on three homes, one was large Vieux Carre home, second was a small hundren year old cottage and third was a medium sized three bedroom home. All work performed was very good and they were great to work with handling small unforseen issues that complicated one job.would highly recommend.

Description of Work: The house that we purchased had been supported by non-standard piers. The interior was way out of level, and had dips and rises throughout the floor. They carefully shored the house, replacing the non-standard piers, and left it in much better condition. They worked with us, making adjustments over and over to get it as good as possible. |They also did not try to sell us unnecessary work. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Description of Work: Sanchez Co. replaced many joists and three sills in my house which had old damage and needed immediate repair. Some wanted to charge almost three times what he charged,and tear up my floors, which would have put the over all cost at $25,000. He was more than responsive, totally professional, and his workers worked very hard and got the job done really quickly. He was also one of the best on cost. There were a very wide range of estimates for this sort of work, based on people's estimation of the amount of damage, what they saw when they crawled under the house, or what they said should be replaced. We actually paid a professional home inspector to give us an independent analysis of the damage so we didn't have to depend on people bidding. This worked out well. Sunshine Inspectors did this job. Sanchez was very honest and careful.

Description of Work: Had them level a house that was about 1 foot off the ground. They did the job in one day which seems like alot of money for one day of work but seems to be level and they have a two year warranty on the service. I would use them again as the other estimates seemed to be really high and all tried to add lots more to the job to increase price.
