The measurements for the new garage door done by Able were incorrect. Therefore the frame was not correct. Since the garage door was special order it could not be returned. They just "made it fit." They had to come back several times to do this. The work on the closet was satisfactory. Also the work on the wood in the ceiling was OK. The workmen did not always come when they said they were coming. The owner would email us and tell us he was coming but three times they did not come at that time or day.
Description of Work: Framed and installed a garage door, replaced termite eaten wood in the ceiling, they put in Sheetrock in an unfinished closet and a new door on the closet

Description of Work: They gave me a quote of 2 days and it took 3 because the didn't show up on the second day until almost 3 pm after I took off work to wait for an 830 appt. The T-molding was installed wrong. It rocks back and forth and pops when you step on it. We have called them to 3 times to repair the t-molding and they have not showed up at all. The first time they said it was a flat tire on the service truck. The second time I had an 8:00am appt and at 1:00 pm they called and said the first job ran late. The third time they called at 10:00am and said they didn't have a repair man available after they made the appt for 9:00am.
