Our current company gave us a price of $8500 price for a 3 ton 14 seer Carrier base unit. We thought this seemed a little overpriced so called 8 contractors that came highly recommended. There were too many on Angie's list to choose from without more help. I set up appointments to get quotes from the 6 who responded. AJ was terrific, very knowledgeable, honest and direct and did not try to sell us things we didn't need as two other companies did. He also provided an estimate quickly with a similar price to the others I interviewed for a TRANE (or American Standard) system. I had a hard time deciding between his company and another but ultimately chose another whose price was just a little better, though AJ's labor warranty was better than other company's at 10 years. This company and the one I ultimately chose both also had the best personal reviews from friends and colleagues.

It was a major re-build Jody, moving the central AC from a vertical closet installation to a better horizontal attic configuration. Everything needed to be re-configured. Ductwork had to be re-built. Five estimates. This was the best choice. The crew worked for two days plus to finalize the new system. The new central AC is much quieter, much more efficient, and I gained a closet. Professional service. Work sites kept very clean in spite of the major amount of work. Would definitely hire again

They had to modify some of the duct work to accommodate the new inside units. They did so and did a very neat and complete job. A new larger copper line had to be run to the new outside compressor unit which they completed. All work was neat and appears to be well done.

I have no dislikes. I have been using them for twenty five years. Everything is great. I saw the people and they are fabulous. I would give them top marks across the board.
