+ -1 moreThey were very difficult to get in touch with. This guy was fantastic! This technician himself, gave me his own cell phone, but the company I would give a ?D? for responsiveness. The one guy that came out was great, but the company just didn?t show up a few times. So, the one guy was an ?A? for this last repair. It was a good repair. I don?t know if I would call them back, unless I could get this guy. I wouldn?t call the company back to be honest. I would not have Whirlpool. I have had several people come in before that did not know what they were doing.
Description of Work: Repaired ignitor.

+ -1 moreThe guy just didn’t know what he was doing. He didn’t do anything, he didn’t complete the job. It was very hard to get in touch with them. I have to use them, because I have a Whirlpool and nobody else will work on it. I would not refer Whirlpool!
