 + -1 moreHoles were drilled around entire perimeter of house and insecticide injected. All interior plumbing sites through slab were also treated. Two people were here for 2 days working to complete the protective services. They cleaned up all their drilling mess and mortared all the drill holes closed. Their work seemed much more intensive and thorough than the termite protective services that we had done on our prior residence for a comparable payment.
Description of Work: Termite protection initial treatment with yearly fee of $110 after initial treatment

 + -1 moreThe technician that came to give me an estimate was full of useful information and willing to design a schedule exactly to my needs. My monthly technician is very professional, working quietly and quickly. No problems so far, and great service
Description of Work: I have monthly service that includes exterior and interior. The first initial service is very extensive and a little more than the monthly, but they gave a great discount. The initial included filling in my weep holes which was a great extra.

 + -1 moreThey're consistent, in that they always send the same person every month, so I know who is coming, and he's familiar with our house. Their price seems reasonable, though I don't have anything to compare it to. I don't have any complaints about the quality of their work.
Description of Work: I use Sugarland Exterminating & Chem. They come once a month for pest control, and they also do our annual termite inspection.
