+ -1 moreOur air conditioner stopped cooling on a Saturday morning. We called a company before Fox AC and was told the compressor was shot and there was nothing we could do to fix it. They also told us we would need a new unit. and charged us over $100 for the weekend call. We then called Fox AC for a second opinion. Fox changed the starter and the Air Conditioner began cooling. Fox did tell us the compressor is going out and eventually we need to replace the unit. He did NOT charge us an additional service charge for the Saturday call. His temporary fix is still working one month later. We greatly appreciate his honesty and integrity. We will definitely use Fox again in the future.
Description of Work: Fox changed the starter on the AC unit.
