+ -1 moreWife takes calls and manages calendar. She schedules your time and calls to remind. We had a big job so we had to wait a month for a weekend slot.
Description of Work: Steam cleaned our parking lot and our sidewalks . Went from gray to almost white Had huge riding steam machine. Great Job! Would definitely recommend Caveat !! Only does commercial properties Not residential

Description of Work: Pressure washed with hot water brick facades of a metal building. And all brick edging. Looked a lot better with no trace of algae,mold,dirt. Called them back to schedule for parking lot oil removal and cleaning.

+ -1 moreI have used this service several times and the job has always been done very well. The provider works alone and stays until the job is finished. He is very careful around window screens, landscaping, and electrical outlets. He is very professional and dependable. Messages on the business phone are returned promptly.
Description of Work: My house was pressure washed. Both stories were cleaned, 3 porches, and the pool deck were all included in the cleaning.
