Description of Work: We did not use these people, as you can note. My husband began calling them the last quarter of 2011. They drove up one day and took some measurements and gave me a color chart for me to decide what color for the metal roof. Finally, just before Thanksgiving, he talked with them the last time. They said that they would contact him in "a couple of days". To this date, we have not heard from them. We contacted someone else and now have a new roof. While waiting on A&L to call, our roof started leaking. That's when we decided we could wait no longer!

+ -1 moreMr Rachal came to inspect and give quote. After inspection he told me that he will mail the estimate and then come to start the job. after 10 days i called to find out the estimate. I did not receive any estimate. I left at least 4 messages but no return call back neither till this day i have seen estimate. If he is not interested in job at least we owe a call back to inform us so we can engage someone else.
