LAAMB previously serviced AC, and this time we needed to get a new one. Employees and owner were polite, considerate and professional. Excellent.

Checked outside unit, inside unit and duct lines in attic.

They are excellent. They explain everything they are doing and show up when they say they will. They replaced all our duct work and installed three new ducts. The work they did was very well done. I would recommend them. They were very careful.

I have a contract with them. They come twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall to check the heating and air. It's been about three years since they actually put the unit in but they come once a year to check everything and inspect it. They've always been good. I guess their prices are about the same as everybody else.

Firstly, the original guy that came out insulted me when I was curious about the ongoing work, by saying "do you think I am going to steal it" and added, "I can't clean it, I don't have time". Then when they came back to do the cleaning of the AC, the workers were careless, and left the front door open, where our animals could have escaped. They were fully aware that we had animals, and that they were indoor ones. Not only that, but they did not fit the cover of the AC back correctly, buckling the top, and did not apply metal sealing tape. In short, the job was not completed. I will not use this company again.
