+ -1 moreWe purchased a lawn Fountain (4 tiers) from D&D Ornamental & Statuary in Baton Rouge a few years ago, along with a pump. This month, the pump went out. We purchased a new one at the same Baton Rouge store and had it professionally installed. Within a week, the pump failed to function. I called Mike Dubois, the Owner, and discussed the problem. He personally came to my house, replaced the defective pump with a new one at no charge, and had me up & running within 20 minutes. Over the years, whenever we've purchased large Cement Statues for our hotel and home from D&D in Napoleonville (about 40 minutes from Baton Rouge), the delivery was on time and the installers knew exactly how to position the statues, making sure they were leveled, and in the best sight line. And they didn't take all day to do their job! At every step of the process, from suggestions on what to purchase, to installation and especially SERVICE after the sale in this last case, the Dubois' have been most professional and stand by their products. I highly recommend D&D to anyone contemplating a purchase of fountains and/or statues for their home or business. .
Description of Work: Mike Dubois and his wife, Patricia, are owners of D&D Ornamental in Napoleonville, LA., with a statuary store located at 13475 Flroida Blvd. in Baton Rouge. Over the past 15 years, we have purchased statues and fountains (both commercial & residential) from D&D and they have always been a pleasure to deal with. From purchase to delivery and installation, we have never had any problems with this artistic concrete company, which has probably the largest inventory of cement statuary in the Southern United States.
