 + -1 moreThe provider was paid $4000 for the "materials" to begin brick veneering the house's chimney. Backer board was attached but only on the lower 9-10 feet of the chimney. Payment of $4000 was made in February and by July 1 we still haven't received our monies back. Poor communication, poor professionalism. Still trying to get monies back.
