Description of Work: Pier to Pier came to my home and diagnosed my HVAC system. They temporarily were able to get it functioning and gave me an estimate on permanent repair, working with my home warranty company. By the time they and my home warranty company worked out the details, and I telephoned Pier to Pier they did not return my many calls, and it appears they may be out of business. | |The service Pier to Pier provided was very good, but their lack of responsiveness to my many telephone calls and unavailability receives the lower marks I left.
