Fantastic and thorough report.

We were buying a new home, and Michael did an excellent job with the general inspection. He arrived early and started outside until he was able to get into the house. He was finished within an hour of our arrival. We did not have major issues, but his report was still very detailed with lots of marked up photos to exemplify his findings. Based on the report and as evidenced by the included photos, his inspection was thorough. After the inspection, Mike talked us through the most important items that should be addressed to make sure we understood. Best of all, we received his inspection report the same day, which is unheard of. Very happy with his services.

He showed up on time, did what I thought at the time was a good job. Even came back out to look at another issue. What has me so upset is the electrical was never inspected to a point where things were mapped out. I have 3 bedrooms, a living room, and kitchen lighting on a single breaker. Had I know this I would have made the seller fix or not bought the home. I've shelled out 40,000 on other repairs and upgrades and this just hurts that this wasn't brought to my attention. It's not safe! And I would not have signed without resolution.
