OUTSTANDING!!
Before any work was done, David Pitre, the owner, took the time and detailed in layman's terms exactly what was to be done and WHY.
He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us before starting.
He scheduled the work to begin at 8am and arrived at 753am and got right to removing the ducts.
He spread out tarps to catch any dirt and ALL his employees made an obvious effort to wipe their feet before coming in.
At the end of the first day's work there was no sign any workers had been removing AC system outside or the heater inside. The house was clean inside and out.
The second day, they arrived 750am starting the job by 8am. By 230pm , all the ductwork was removed and new ducts installed with a gas-fired furnace mounted on a new shelf in a closet.
Mr. Pitre offers a company warranty on the systems he installs. He made certain I immediately registered my system to get an additional warranty from the manufacturer. It seems that is something if it's not done immediately, your warranty term is reduced.

I HIGHLY recommend using this company for and HVAC work.
