+ -1 moreMy son put in an email request to have work done. It was a difficult job that that required a plumber. He can't leave the hot water on in the utility room because it leaks. They were going to come fix it. They confirmed the appointment. They never showed up or called us. I have cancer and am unable to turn on hot water. I need access to hot water at all times.

+ 0 moreThey have been fine. We have used them for the last 25 years off and on. They have always been fair. They have always resolved the problem and the price has been fine. We thought the price was too much for the replacement of the plumbing and they actually dealt with us and came down on the price. We would recommend them.
Description of Work: We used Roto Rooter for stopped up plumbing. They have replaced some of our plumbing in the past.
