Overall experience is VERY UNSATISFACORY. The owner/operator "lady" was very unprofessional. When we initially contacted them for our garage door repair, she was very prompt. We paid advance for parts and very told 2 weeks. 4 weeks and 3 phone calls later, there was no promptness or professionalism. On the contrary, she was very impolite and demanded payment without any glimpse of apology for the delay. I say, keep them as your LAST CHOICE!!!!

It went well. They came out that morning and another guy called and told me what time he's going to be here and he showed up and went back to work. For price, I did check around on other companies.

We called to have someone come out to give us an estimate on a new garage door. We discussed our options; made a selection; paid a deposit; and the door was to be ordered. When the door came in, we scheduled an installation date. The men arrived timely; removed the old door and installed the new door. They also disposed of the old door. The new door is much quieter than the old. We were extremely pleased with the installation and have not had to have any followup service calls.

Overhead Door Company of Monroe were horrible. They came the one time and I had to call them back to fix the same problem. On the second visit they found another problem. They were supposed to get back to me about a new door and I never heard from them. So it's not been very good. It took a month, and then it was another month before they came out to my house to fix it. And I had to call them repeatedly. And then once they came out it took them about three more weeks to get the job done. Because they had to get the parts so they went back to Monroe. Then I called them and they hadn't ordered the parts. So it was about three weeks before I got anything. They were the original people that put in the door, so I felt like I needed to deal with them about the door because they had put the door in. The first visit they finished. It took them about six weeks total to do it. And then the guy that I talked to the second time, when he told me about the door, he said the people shouldn't even have fixed it, they should have told me that the door needed to be replaced. And they never got back to me on that. When I actually talked to them they were nice, but they just didn't do the work.

Called early to say they would be by around 10 am. Finally showed up about 11:30 am. Quickly determined that the "limit switches" were bad in the opener. Had the parts on hand, replaced them in less than 20 minutes. Oiled the spring on the garage door as well as all the hinges etc. Overall I was very satisfied although I felt they could have been a little more on time or called to say they were going to be an hour and a half late. I also felt $100 for 20 minutes labor was a bit excessive. That said, I would still call them and use them again.
