It went fine; the guy that installed them really knew how to do the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after the work. I wanted, however, to know more about the windows themselves; and I wanted to come into a show room where I could really get a sense of the windows. I had to request to see the window, and one was brought to me to look at; but it was not shown the exact window I suspect. The gesture was to appease me. I did not want the extra expense of argon gas, and they accommodated that for me. I noticed, however, that there is a circular opening on each window that looked as though a plug of some sort should be inserted. I went back to them, and I was told that someone would come back to look at it. To this day June 11, 2015, no one has called or come by inspect. The owner/sales representative poured it on to get the sale, even attempting to connect with my political and academic ideologies, but once installed he was ready to move on. How do the windows look? They look wonderful, and I am pleased with the look I was trying to achieve. The installer is truly a professional, but I still do not know why there is a circular opening in each window.

The workers were excellent. Allen stopped by to supervise and make sure everything was going well. The 2 workers who installed the Shower knew what they were doing from plumbing all the way through finishing. I would highly recommend this company for your remodeling projects.

I had both windows and siding (primarily soffit and fascia) installed on a rental house I owned. Eric Thibodeaux came out and provided an estimate along with the colors that he thought would look best with the other fearures of the house. He sheduled a crew and they came out and knocked the job out in 1 or 2 days. The yard was left clean of debris.

Everything was great. They finished what they were supposed to do. Their demeanor was fine. They were professional and they finished on time.

I was really happy with the work. They had a great staff and they were very professional.

They were referred by a friend and I will use them again in the future.

They didn’t live up to their contract. We had some roof damage a couple of years later, which was no problem of theirs. The roof people had to put the siding back and saw that it was just raw wood. There wasn’t any insulation at all. The contract said that they were actually supposed to cover the wood with foam insulation and then put vinyl siding on the outside. They charged us for parts and services that they never performed. They did a floppy work. We contacted them and the Better Business Bureau and some other folks. However, I paid the roof people to fix it.

All work performed was excellent.
