+ -1 moreHome Appliance Services were extremely good. They were punctual and very neat and clean. They got everything out. They worked efficiently and were very congenial. The tech was really nice and made sure that everything was taken care of. They made sure we could follow back up with them if we weren't satisfied. We couldn't have asked for a better relationship.
Description of Work: They fixed our microwave oven.

+ -1 moreTo make a long story short, Home Appliance left, did not fix the gasket or the issue with the drying. They tried to blame my issues on several things including the cold and our house being up off the ground. I called Home Appliance to come back out, as the issue was not resolved. They set up an appointment for 2 days later. On the day of the appointment, I waited for them to come out. After I waited, they eventually called to say they weren?t coming. Home Appliance said there was nothing else they could do and that I should take my problem up with Whirlpool. There was a problem, and it was addressed and fixed by another company. I am an unsatisfied customer! Being new to the area, it was not a good experience.
Description of Work: I have also reported Home Appliance to the BBB. They came out with a truck that said “Skent and Dent”. The representative came out to look at my less than 3 week old Whirlpool Dishwasher. The dishwasher was not drying my dishes, and the gasket on the right hand lower corner was coming loose. The representative from Home Appliance hooked up his electronic gadget, and then called a technician at Whirlpool. I heard him say to the Whirlpool technician, that it must be a “user problem.” I told him it wasn’t a user problem that the dishwasher wasn’t drying the dishes.
