 + -1 moreI wouldn't recommend him to anyone and I would not use him again.
Description of Work: Like the previous reviewer,the guy IS nice enough but he is NOT punctual and is NOT responsive . He had family issues but never would do any follow-up phone calls to let you know something came up. He will tell you he will BE there at a certain time and you won't hear anything from him for AT LEAST 2 weeks and only after you leave numerous text or voicemail will he call back and reschedule. He may show up then or he may not. You never know. We got a great deal on an awesome A/C and he did a good job, but it took FOREVER & A DAY... :o/

 + -1 moreThe guy was nice enough but his work was pathetic. He was almost impossible to get in contact with. They installed the new unit and put in the duct work. The duct work was cut too short thus tearing upon the slightest disturbance. He was going to leave it on the ground until we told him it had to be tied up due to our termite contract. One of the vents downstairs had only about an 1" 1/2 air flow because of how they cut the hole for the vent and the insulation they pushed into it. We still do not have air to one of our rooms up stairs. It took numerous calls to get the job to what they deemed finished and an uncomfortable visit to his house by my husband. A nice enough guy but I would not recommend.
Description of Work: He was to come and take out our old central unit, which still worked and replace it with a larger one.
