My roof was replaced within a great timeframe. The salesman, Greg, has been very patient and helpful with assisting me through the whole process. I am very please with the services provided.

After talking to our insurance company and determining the roof was in need of replacement, we called Allied Roofing and a salesman named Landon came out to look at and measure our roof. He was able to give us a fairly immediate quote and after talking about the benefits of architectural shingles over the rather antiquated 3 tab shingles we decided to spend a little more for the upgrade. We are VERY happy we upgraded to the architectural shingles. Because of the more modern look as well as longer shingle life I feel like we added a significant amount of value to our home. Plus, we were able to take advantage of the maximum energy tax credit. One little thing they did showed me the level of customer service they maintain. Rain had set them back a bit on completing the job so it was actually approaching dark when they nailed the last shingle. They stayed well after dark on a Friday evening and used flashlights to clean up even the smallest pieces of material they could find. The fact that I didn't have to do that on a Saturday morning was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Allied Roofing. Great job guys (and gals)! :)

My initial impressions: 3/9/17: Called at 1024 about an issue with my roof. I was told I would receive a call 1-4 hrs later. 3/9/17: Called again at 1616. No answer. 3/9/17: Called again at 1702. No answer. Left a msg. 3/10/17: 0917: Called again expressing my concern. "Reviewed my msg from last night." Is the response I got. 3/10/17 0925-0937: Received 2 phone calls that they would have someone out to do an emergency tarp on my house. Was told that I would receive a call about it being done and scheduled a meeting at 0730am on Monday (07/13/17). I arrived home at 2030. No tarp to cover the roof problems, no update from the company, and nothing done. If the sales guy actually does show up Monday morning at 0730, I will be amazed. They are a recommended company on Angie's List, but I am beginning to suspect.

First let me say i truly think the office staff and owners at allied (want to provide) a quality service. But for me in this case.. it was not successfully done. Starting off my salesman who represented allied missed our appointment which he was supposed to be at to speak with the adjuster. Then after i received and signed over my insurance check to allied he seperated with allied for unkknown reasons and i was asked to sign a new contract with a new salesman where we then had to re order our colors for our roof and drip edge after repeatedly saying "we just want whats up there" (there was some confusion here and they handled it graciously) after work was completed the crew left quite a mess which the office did respond (after calling) with people to clean.. but even last week (4 months later) im still finding shingle peices and nails..and let me say upon arrival the crew actually does cover everything with tarps..but they must make no effort to keep the material on the tarp once it falls onto it..i have 3 small kids so this was a big concern for me. I was made promises by my salesman that i dont believe will be kept.. this was my first time ever dealing with something like this and ive learned how the big boys play THE HARD WAY

Fantastic! From the receptionist to the people working on the house to the owner, everyone at Allied Roofing was extremely professional, punctual, and willing to help. They even helped me schedule meetings with my insurance adjuster. Any time that I called, they responded quickly and always made sure that my needs were met. Pricing was very fair, and the work was executed quickly with great care. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone that has roofing needs.

Instead they charged same price for complete work quoted above but only replace 3 roof tiles..nailed down bucking tiles and used roof glue to plug....spent a total of 30 mintues in site...now calling another roofer .poor service. Allied said they are charging for quote regardless of actual materials or time involved. Even though they changed work order without homeowner consent.

Allied Roofing was like a breath of fresh air. Once the storm was over our neighborhood was flooded with storm chasers. Shady from the get go. Constantly knocking on doors and trying to push their way in. This particular Subdivision has several elderly people living there. I did my research and called Allied. The professionalism and truly caring that the job was done according to the Insurance Estimate was exactly what I was looking for. As a result of the excellent job Allied did on my Mother's Roof most everyone in the Neighborhood used them to replace their roof. Their patience and generosity went a very long way in my book. After the job was complete you could not even tell that they had been there except for all the beautiful new roofs in the Neighborhood. Many thanks to all of the team at Allied Roofing. I felt as if each of were treated like family, not like customers. Due to the use of new material instead of felt on the roof has made a tremendous difference in the utility bills. That was at no extra cost. You can definitely tell which roofs were done by Allied and the few that weren't. Super people, hard workers, not lax about working. Their roofers stayed with it. No long breaks even in the hot summer. I would definitely use Allied again for any needed repairs.

The roofing was done within the time frame given to me. The entire job was done in four days with all the old roofing debris cleaned up from around our home. The flower beds were not damaged and so far we have had no problems with roofing nails. I was very satisfied with the job done and the professionalism of Allied Roofing.

I called Allied Roofing twice over the 2 months for an estimate and no reply. I gave up on them and have hired a contractor to help me

The response to my needs was outstanding. Three hours after my first telephone call, a service representative was at my door to assess the damage. Within 72 hours, I had roofing materials delivered to my house. Once they began work, it only took 3 days to completely replace a very complicated roof. I was very impressed with their response, the quality of their work, and their professionalism and have no reservations recommended them to my friends or family.

A large part of my job as an insurance inspector is looking at roofs. When the time came to replace my roof I started noticing all these signs in front yards for Allied Roofing. I mean, A LOT of signs. So I started watching. Over a brief period of time I was able to watch Allied Roofing take off shingles, repair roofs and replace roofs shingles with 3 tab, architectural or metal. The work is efficient and the finished product is about as close to perfect as I have seen in the 16 parish/county I cover. Getting a new roof is an intimidating and scary process. Before I met with Roger I knew he was a professional with high standards, well, meeting and speaking with him clinched the deal. He was knowledgeable, patient and kind. He explained everything to me and even met with my adjuster. His crew was polite, clean, punctual and GOOD. There's a reason his signs are in a ton of front yards. He's the consummate professional. I will always use his company for my roofing needs. And I highly recommend you do too!

Called them one day. Call returned that afternoon & appointment for estimate set up for following day. Work done that day. Excellent repair person, thorough, professional. First class compay!!

Following severe storms and tornadoes that struck Ouachita Parish in mid-October, many homeowners - myself included - have been struggling to find the ways and means to remediate damages incurred. I had heard of Allied Roofing, LLC in the past, but didn't know much about the company. The positive reviews here on Angie's List led me to call them to schedule an estimate, but it wasn't until I met the owner that I knew I had to choose Allied over their competitors. The business owner, Roger Wright, came out and personally performed the estimate of work and costs. Not only was he prompt, courteous and professional, but he was also understanding, compassionate and willing to go above and beyond to help me recover from the storm. My home required a full roof replacement as well as several repairs to the front of the house itself. These included damaged porch decking and posts, as well as broken and damaged soffit, trim, fascia and siding. To say that I received a competitive estimate from Allied Roofing, LLC would be a drastic understatement. The quote I received from Roger - to not only replace the roof but also to do the other miscellaneous repairs - beat every other estimate I received, and those were only for the roof! Frankly, it sounded way too good to be true, but after meeting with Roger, reading the customer reviews and checking with the Better Business Bureau, I couldn't afford not to accept the estimate. It was certainly the right choice. Once I accepted and signed the contract, work was underway as soon as rain cleared out of the area. In a matter of about four days, all work was complete, and the property was cleared and cleaned. I am pleased with the work and so thankful to Allied Roofing. Through it all, they have been nothing but prompt, professional, responsive and helpful. Even after all work was completed and the bill was paid, they have remained responsive and engaged. I had some minor concerns about the porch (unrelated to the roof), and a worker came out the next day to make sure everything was taken care of. I confidently recommend Allied Roofing for all of your roofing needs.

Allied roofing could not have done a better job with my roof replacement. Service was fast and courteous, all promises and deadlines were achieved. From the beginning, every conversation reassured me that I was dealing with the right people. No beating around the bush or angling for more from this business. The crew that Roger has is very efficient and knew what they were doing. They cleaned up all of the old roofing material and left my yard and patio much cleaner than it was before. They ran a magnet to make sure no loose nails were in an area that could cause damage.

Work was started on a Thursday morning and completed Friday evening. Excellent work performance and great structure completed with utmost precision and efficiency.
