We had our ac unit replaced by ALL 13 months ago. At the time they were very nice and seemed to do a good job. However, several weeks back we noticed the unit seemed to run a lot. We called and they came out to do the yearly service. Tech checked the unit, told us it was low on freon but that since we were having a "cool snap"he would come back in a few days to make sure it wasn't artifactual. He never came back. Now two weeks later the unit just quits cooling yesterday and the freon line is frozen solid. Called and was told nothing to do but turn it off and let it thaw out overnight. So we sweat it out with no ac overnight. Next day we are still waiting at 2 in the afternoon for them to show up. Things that bother me are
A) we called before this got bad and we're basically forgotten about after the first visit. Now it has completely quit and we are not even made a priority.
B) this unit is barely 13 months old!!
*UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner of ALL about my experience. Jason was very nice and remedied the problems we had with the service. The part was installed the next day and he called to followup and make sure the unit was cooling well. Overall, I am very impressed. Most owners do not take such a hands on approach and the call really meant a lot. I would use ALL in the future and will recommend them based on my subsequent experience with the company and the owner.

"We have no record of this work described. The address listed is the mothers address. I called and spoke with the mother, which is the homeowner. She said that there must be a mistake. She said that she is the homeowner and we haven't performed work for her in several years. She indicated that this is her daughters name on this review but her daughter doesn't own a home in this area. She said that this should be cleared up and she would call her daughter and have her call our office to resolve any issues and have this removed due to the mistake."

We had a leak under the slab in our house and we called All Plumbing. The company sent someone the same day, and were able to diagnose the problem and provide an estimate very quickly. It took almost a week to schedule the actual repair due to insurance hoops to jump through...NOT the fault of ALL Plumbing) but when we got everything lined up they were very quick to schedule the repair. The tech that came to repair the pipe explained very thoroughly what was to be done and why. He explained the timing of the work and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. My wife was extremely pleased with the work The only problem I found was that the company did not repair drywall, or shower wall, that was cut into to diagnose/repair problem. I understand that it's outside of the scope of their work...but I don't have the skills to fix those items. The tech was clear about that from the beginning, however, and it wasn't something came up unannounced. In the long run, insurance will cover that repair when I have someone do it, so it's not really a problem. It just seemed strange. This was our first major home repair (even if it wasn't THAT major), so unlikely had unrealistic expectations. I would most definitely recommend ALL Plumbing Heating & Cooling. They were very professional, respectful of our home/ property, and quick to respond. Their price to repair work was reasonable, and I'm glad that they did the job!

My home is an older wood frame home built up off the ground with the gas meter on the east side and gas lines running under the house in a crawl space.
I became aware of a gas leak under the house because I could smell it outside on the west side of the house. The plumber I used last year was called early, but did not arrive until the end of the day. They detected the leak at the end of the work day, turned off the gas and said they would be back the next morning, and so I had no heat or hot water over a very cold night.
This year I smelled gas again on the west side of the house. I called my usual plumber. They could not come to my house that day. They could not guarantee a morning appointment the next day. I did not want a repeat of the previous year's scenario, so I checked Angie's list for other potentially acceptable plumbers that work with natural gas.
I called All Plumbing. They were able to send someone that morning. They were also able to able to provide cost estimates ahead of time for pressure testing my gas pipes should I opt for that. Their plumber was very thorough in getting the layout of gas appliances in my home. He was careful to not track dirt and mud into my home. He carefully checked the connections under my house for leaks. He told me what he was doing and why he was doing it.
We mutually agreed that the more expensive pressure test was not necessary and determined that the smell was coming from a leak next door even though the smell was frequently concentrated right by my house. We mutually agreed that a call to ATMOS was the next appropriate step. Yes, I paid for 2 hrs of labor to find out I had no leak, but i had confidence in the outcome, which is unusual for most of these types of service calls - rarely do the service professionals care to keep you informed every step along the way.
The final price paid is for 2 hrs labor minus 10% Angie's list coupon.

Service was rather quick after contacting the company. Lead worker was very professional and to date appears to have solved our problem. He also advised me to get dust boards to cover the insulation near the drain area. The house insulation is exposed in the area underneath the unit where the drain is located. Over time (we've been her 16 years without a problem of this type) dust had accumulated in the insulation that possibility had created the stopped drain. He also advised us to periodically put some bleach in the drain to prevent a buildup of algae, etc.

We contacted the provider based on the recommendations in Angie's List. The operator promptly answered our call and gathered details. The technician on call then called us within 15 minutes. He showed up promptly and provided accurate estimates for our first need (stopped up sewage line), plus gave us some options. We were pleased with the level of detail and his very personable demeanor so we asked about the handles in our hall tub (difficult to turn off water/leaking). He was able to provide an estimate for that as well and was immediately available to fix everything - so we took him up on that. He was absolutely courteous and kept us informed on his progress while he worked. What a terrific technician! The work seems to be good so far - really appreciated having the estimates and written notes on what was done with guarantee from Company noted. Also, provided some input on other services the Company offers with promotional info. Assuming no surprises from the work moving forward, we will definitely use this company again. This technician (Jeremy) is outstanding!

My hall bath was completely stopped up and you could not adjust the hot and cold water in the shower. They found that the main line under the house had come loose, so they cleaned it out and put a longer part on the line because it appeared that the line was a little short (that's why it had come loose). Then they rebuilt part of my fixtures on the bathtub, and cleaned up the gaskets that controlled the water. Now I can adjust the hot and cold water, the shower turns on easily, and the toilet, sink and tub all drain well. They spent about two hours and I had been having trouble with the hot and cold water for sometime. I thought the price was fair for all they had to do, I have used them before, and I know that when I call All, the job will be done right which is so important. I have used individuals in the past, and alas, that's why I had the problem in the first place. Live and learn. All is the very best in my book. Couldn't be happier and their servicemen are very nice and know what they are doing.

I recommend All Plumbing Heating & Cooling very much. They came out the same day I called it in. They were very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Since I found them, I have never used anyone else. I have never been disappointed with their services. If they can fix the problem, they will include the price of the service call toward the price of the repair. They are very friendly and I just can't say enough good things about them. I always recommend them to everyone I know. They don't make me feel stupid when I ask questions. Before they do the job, they always tell me how much they are going to charge. I like them a lot!
