+ -1 moreVery well. This was a repair under a home warranty contract. After lies and more lies from the first company sent out we insisted on someone new. Affordable was chosen and contacted us within an hour. While we were told it would be the next day before a visit could be made since it past 6 pm here but Sherman came out that evening. He did not have the part in stock but promised to come mid-morning the next day which was a Saturday. He showed up on time and completed his work quickly and left the work area as clean as he found it I will be using him for my future routine maintenance.
Description of Work: Diagnose and repair heat pump after previous company gave us lies and run around. It turned out to be a simple repair that took only minutes once diagnosed.
