Wow! All the positive reviews here are correct - this was the best experience I have every had with a contractor. They were very professional and performed an exceptional job. They will stage the materials a day or two before the job begins and schedule a dry for work to begin work. On the day of the job, the crew showed up just after sun rise and worked until dark. A crew of five or six work 14 hours on the roof and completed the entire roofing job in single day (they had to replace a lot of the deck and there was period where they waiting for a runner to bring in more plywood and boards). On the second day, they sent over someone to repair three distinct areas of soffit board. Okay, this guy must be the Soffit Master because he completed the work in LESS than an hour. Impressive! That job would have taken me at least eight hours complete. The only recommendation I'd give to someone who is considering a new roof is to seriously think about anything special you'd like to have installed BEFORE you meet with a sales associate. I realized after the roof was installed that I wanted a special roof-dryer vent installed to ensure lint would get dumped onto the roof without me having to manually clean a vent. But I forgot to ask.. That's on me. I finally migrated to a soffit vent for the dryer which, in my opinion, is a better option than the roof-vent as I can clean it rather easily. I HIGHLY recommend Garica! It was a great experience and they have great follow-up.

Initial visit from estimator went well. Project quote was a little higher than another company, but decided to go with Garcia because they had done a good job on our roof years ago. Called to schedule install and was told that the estimate was higher than initially quoted by about $100. I had already given a deposit for half of the cost of the project and was told that they would honor the original contract price because it was their fault. Was awaiting a schedule time and when I didn't receive a call back, I called office only to find out that they had returned my check and decided to cancel the job, without notification to me. They said the estimator "did not remember telling me that they would honor the original contract price and that I decided to cancel the project." They apologized for the "miscommunication." Needless to say, I was shocked and confused.

From beginning to end, the entire staff was very helpful. I was also kept informed as the job progressed. From delivery of supplies to final cleanup, all of the work teams were professional, polite, and thorough in their jobs. Their quality of work was excellent. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone representing Garcia Roofing. I am completely satisfied with their excellent work. I highly recommend Garcia Roofing, LLC.

From the initial phone call, to the visit and the completion of the job, they were true professionals! Chris Googe was the absolute BEST!

I am writing this review to let people know that not every job goes as planned. Now our home had a shingled roof that we changed to a metal roof. They did a great job then slowed down near the end of the week. That's when the salesman called and said they had a problem with their machine but would bring out a different machine next week. They had their mechanic work on both of the two machines they owned several times trying to get one of them to work over the next couple weeks. They went and bought a new machine next still thinking their machines were just wore out and guess what that still did not fix the issue, all of this time they would run sheets put them up on the front of the house just to take them back down. During this time I have not said anything about having a problem with the roof, they found something that was not up to their standards. So after all of this they contact me to let me know and this was the icing on cake " they have found that the metal was the problem, so they have changed metal supplier's but the new metal is a slight different color with that being the case they would be changing the complete roof" this job was 90% done!! I have never had a contractor that has been as honest and straight forward about the quality of their work as Garcia. It has to meet their standards which by far exceeded anything I have seen. Mr. Garcia showed up at our house on time to evaluate our leaking chimney. He provided a detailed estimate for the complete demolition of the chimney and the replacement of the surrounding roofing materials. His crew showed up on time on the appointed day and worked for the following two days to remove our large chimney which had been leaking for years as evidenced by the old stains on the wall when we purchased our home 4 years ago. After the demolition and repair were complete, the crew thoroughly cleaned up the old bricks and roofing materials from the courtyard beneath the work area. After they left, I did find 7 nails on the driveway where their van and trailer had been parked which I picked up prior to driving our vehicles back under the adjacent carport. 7 nails out of the small mountain of debris that they had to haul is nothing. All in all, I was extremely pleased with the job they did and will certainly use them again for any roofing repairs we may need in the future.

Garcia Roofing did our roof 23 years ago when we first built our home. They did an excellent job! When we decided to replace our roof we hired them again and the work was superb and completed in 2 days. Cleaned up work area spotless and also cleaned out our gutters. Their company has grown because of their reliability and professionalism. Would definitely recommend!

I thought it went well. Mr. Olman came out and gave me an estimate and was my contact person. I wanted Life Time Architectural shingles and hand nailed. I had a question concerning the non-removal of original felt under the new felt and stopped the installation until I could talk with Mr. Olman. He explained why they recommend laying new felt over the old felt. I agreed and the job was completed on time. It has been 3 years since the installation and I have experienced no problems to date. I would use this company again.

Garcia Roofing did a complete roof replacement a year ago and were great to work with and did a fantastic job, even helped work with our insurance. Today we had Garcia come back to replace some fascia boards & rotten wood trim. Garcia did another awesome job! They were very polite, fixed everything, even shop-vacuumed all the saw dust – all without breaking one bloom in the flower beds. Very professional - I would highly recommend.

From start to finish Garcia made it simple! He helped pick out the coordinating color to match my brick pattern and took care of the paperwork for my insurance company. Within 2 weeks of calling for an estimate, I had a new roof! The clean up was fabulous too. There was no sign of any trash or nails in my yard. They were great!

After hearing so many horrifying stories following the August Flood of 2016 about contractors taking advantage of flood victims, we felt it important to share our positive experience with Garcia Roofing. Our home flooded and like so many we had no flood insurance. While rebuilding and trying to recover from the flood, the severe winter storms that passed through our area caused significant damage to our roof. Upon contacting Garcia Roofing, we were pleased with their courteousness and their prompt response to our needs. Within days, one of their staff was able to inspect our roof and give us a fair estimate. He showed genuine sensitivity to what we had been through and was helpful in all the decisions to be made for our new roof. The installers and their team leader were friendly and very neat throughout the two day installation. We would recommend Garcia Roofing to anyone seeking personal, friendly service and a quality product.

It was a fantastic experience from start to finish and I love the outcome. I needed the job to be done in a timely manner and they fit the bill perfectly. the consultation was smooth and easy. The new roof was done in one day.

I called 2 companies for bids. at the same time. Garcia and also a very well know roofing company. Garcia immediately called me back and scheduled an appointment. Within a week they came out determined the damage and also fix the leak. It has been 2 weeks and I just now received the bid from the other well know roofing company. They inflated the price by $300 dollars and insisted that I needed additional unnecessary work for another $2500! Garcia is reliable, have quality work and most importantly HONEST!

I'll admit I was a little terrified of dealing with the insurance claim and the whole process of a new roof, but the folks at Garcia made it incredibly easy. They finished everything when they said they would, cleaned up everything (unlike some other workers I've had), and did a wonderful job. The roof looks great. Estefania was so nice and helpful. She sent someone out to take a look at the job as quickly as she could. An estimate was sent to me the day after someone came out. She got me on the schedule quickly. The workers did a great job and cleaned everything up before they left - you couldn't even tell they were there except for the great new metal roof on my patio.
