Garcia Roofing did a great job on my new roof. Caymen was the supervisor and he did an excellent job, always available to answer any questions that we had. The crew did an excellent job also. After the job was completed the crew cleaned up my yard and Caymen came and did a final inspection to make sure everything was done right. I would recommend Garcia Roofing and will call them again for any future work.

The entire process was great. From the sales Rep Jason to the Project Mgr David everything was flawless and as expected. They arrived as advertised and performed great work. Clean up was performed each day and at end of the job. Would definitely use them again.

It went fantastic! Every aspect of dealing with this issue was quick and easy. We have already contacted Garcia to get a quote, had someone out to give me a quote, signed everything, paid a deposit, and had installers come out and complete the work. I contacted Window World (who had originally done the fascia and soffits) 5 weeks before contacting Garcia, and I'm still waiting for them to send someone out to assess the damage. Highly recommended.

Very responsive, great communication. Someone came out to see what we needed done. I quickly had a couple of quotes for options. I paid and had someone scheduled promptly. Kerrick came out and installed the gutters in a couple of hours. They look great, function great, and were affordable. Definitely recommended! Thank you!

With regard to the estimate, I liked that Cody, the Garcia Sales Rep. came prepared with the necessary data (satellite imagery provided square footage) to provide an estimate on the spot. With regard to scheduling, Garcia worked with me to schedule a mutually agreeable date. Unfortunately, they had to cancel the first date because, I was told, a subcontractor quit. There were further delays beyond anyone's control due to Hurricane Ida. I liked that Garcia was proactive in scheduling the job with me post storm once conditions allowed for it. This was very important to me since clearly roofing companies had considerable demands for their labor after the storm. With regard to the job itself, I was very satisfied with Mo Chaar, the project coordinator who came to meet me at the job site ahead of time to survey the site and address my concerns. I could not remain at the property for the entirety of the job, but I had a comfort level with Mo, and was pleased with his efforts to keep me updated on progress. The final product looks very attractive, and I am satisfied with my decision to contract Garcia. The only negative with my experience was that over time, I believe I had four different POCs at Garcia after signing the contract. All were professional, though.

The team at Garcia did a great job replacing my roof after Hurricane Ida. The communication was excellent from the very beginning. We were the first house on our street to get tarps and this meant a lot to me because we had some major leaks. All professional interactions with the salesman (Justin), the folks in the office (Brenda and Michelle), the project manager (Eric), and the crew doing the work. They executed on everything they said they would and made sure I was always in the loop as they made their way through the process. These guys are the real deal, very professional and have a true focus on quality. Eric was an invaluable resource and I’m so glad he was assigned to our project. The final product looks great and I could not be happier. If you are looking for a quality roof replacement, look no further!

They started the job within a week after my insurance approved the final estimate. It went very well. They worked until the daylight was gone. the job was finished in 2 days and it looks great! The workers were courteous and friendly. Eric, the project manager went over everything with me and let me know if there were any additional problems. (i.e. boards just a little too far apart in a few areas.) He told me the solution (ice sheeting?) since the boards were not far apart enough to be replaced. when i asked questions, he was able to give me answers that i could understand. they will now let the Liberty Mutual know that the roofing is done (i signed the form) so that they can get the depreciation payment.

Brett Bordelon/swamp rd in Prairieville came to my home on October 4, 2021 to give me an estimate for Ida damage. He toured the damage and said he would email me an email. A few days went buy didn’t hear back. Called him again said he would email something. On this date October 28 still don’t have an estimate & I told him I needed one for Fema. This company wasted my time. Don’t use them. Must have paid John Folse a lot of money to be on that commercial. Very unprofessional. Thank God Fema just popped up at my home and did the estimate & paid for my repairs. No thanks to Garcia. Run & Run fast!!!

From the first call to Garcia I was impressed. They were friendly, honest and professional. It took awhile for them to repair my roof but that was explained at my initial meeting. Because of unexpected wood rot in my fascia, my job was delayed. But we kept in touch so I didn’t stress. Then hurricane Ida happened. I sustained some roof, Sheetrock and water damage. Garcia took care of all repairs swiftly and professionally. I have no complaints. It cost a pretty penny, but I wasn’t forced to choose a more expensive roof. They have a wonderful warranty, an accommodating staff, and Alberto, my Project Manager was outstanding. He answered all my questions and kept my mind at ease throughout the entire process. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Garcia Roofing.

Everything was done in a very professional and timely manner! Great workmanship and a great crew that did the work. Scheduling was sooner than we expected; there was al lot of damage in our area due to Hurricane Ida. Great company!

The entire Garcia experience was outstanding. From the secretary answering the initial phone call of inquiry, to the last communication with the company to put closure on the deal, all of the people involved were consummate professionals, e.g., Dirk, Chandler, Yesy, and several others in the office who were answering calls. We had an excellent experience with Garcia Roofing from obtaining the estimate of cost to the completion of the job. They were professional and did a fantastic job. Everyone that we dealt with at Garcia was friendly and very helpful to us. The crew worked extremely hard, arrived early each day and worked until dark to complete the job. Our new roof looks beautiful and our neighbors have stopped by to tell us how good it looks. We are so glad that we went with Garcia Roofing and would recommend anyone we know that needs roofing repair or replacement to use them as well.

I PAID 50% OF THE COST AS DEPOSIT IN DECEMBER. THE ROOFING PART OF THE JOB WAS DONE TOWARDS THE BEGINNING OF MARCH. I CALLED A COUPLE OF TIMES ASKING WHEN THE COMPLETE JOB WOULD BE PERFORMED. I WAS TOLD "SOON." ABOUT A WEEK LATER A WORKER SHOWED UP APPARENTLY TO DO DO WORK ON FACIA. I CALLED THEM ABOUT THE GUTTER. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE "SOON". APPOINTMENTS WERE CANCELLED A COUPLE OF TIMES BECAUSE OF RAIN. RAIN IS INESCAPABLE IN THE NEW ORLEANS METRO. THAT'S WHY, THE COMPANY SHOULD MAKE A SERIOUS EFFORT TO PRIORITIZE THOSE JOBS THAT HAD HAD TO BE MISSED BECAUSE OF RAIN/STORM. IN OTHER WORDS, WE HAVE PLENTY OF SUNNY DAYS TOO. TODAY IS APRIL 12TH. I AM STILL WAITING.

The Garcia crew did an excellent job. I was especially impressed by their attention to detail in every aspect of the job.

I was lied to about the dates to start and complete the job. I explained to them that if they couldn’t do it in the allotted dates then please don’t make a false promise due to the fact that I had another company ready to start. Garcia promised me that all of the people that would be performing my job was their employees that are local, trained, and certified through them. That was a lie. The people that have came out so far have all been from out of town. While talking to them through the google authenticator app, they didn’t even know the name of the company. They said they worked for an individual. They have never resided in Louisiana. They recently moved to the US and are currently residing in Nebraska. The second day when I arrived I noticed a gray 5 gallon bucket containing ice and a few Coronas. I then noticed all of the Corona tops under the bush to the side of the house. Later I saved the videos of them drinking throughout the day while attempting to do their work. I had to complain to Garcia about their negligent damages, the workers drinking on the job, their poor workmanship, and the fact the they haven’t finished the jobs they were hired to do. On January 13th Arthur Mitchell, salesman for Garcia Roofing promised if I signed their contract that they would have my job completed within 3 weeks. Now 2 months later I have an incomplete roofing job with damages done by a drunk work crew. The bad thing is even after I told them about the crew drinking on the job and pointed out all of the damaged areas they had the same guy come back out. I was pressure washing my pool area when he pulled up. I walked around to ask, translate text, what he was here for and I immediately noticed that he was finishing off the large bottle Corona. Now they are telling me they can’t do the vinyl siding for another week and they won’t even give me a date for when the will do the 5 squares of corrugated roof on my sunroom, replace the fascia or fix their damages. This has been a total nightmare for me and my family. If needed I can supply pictures of their poor work quality, videos of the workers drinking, and audio clips of Mr. Mitchell’s lies in order to help others not make the same mistake I did by hiring these scammers. One more thing. The salesman showed me Owens Corning Duration Shingles. He quoted me the price and represented that the duration shingles is what I was paying for along with their hammer crew but he slid it in their contract oak ridge shingles and nail gun crew. Not only has this been a nightmare now I’m about to be out of more money hiring an attorney to file suit against Garcia Roofing for breach of contract, negligent damages, and liquidated damages.

It went well until it didn't....at first things were going well, not exactly what was promised by the salesman but good enough. The most bothersome issue was the lack of an on-site project manager, no one was there to relay what was being done or that could take comments and questions from me, it was just a crew that did not communicate with me. But the work on the pitched roof was getting done. Then it came time for my flat roof. The crew was a disaster. They did a sloppy job and were in and out in an hour and then never returned. They didn't follow any of the Gaco guidelines for roof coating. The edges were pulling up. The roof was leaking through the soffit. I was really upset - I reached out to the project manager and the salesman. I was told everything would be corrected immediately. I was told that weekly for about 8 weeks, while my roof leaked in the rain. Repairs were NEVER made. At one point, they contacted me and said they estimated it wrong and additional work needed to be done and the price was going to Increase by almost 50%! Then, Garcia BACKED OUT OF THE CONTRACT - they left me to find my own new roofer after doing half a job. Left me in an awful position of being extremely limited on what could be done because of the work they had already done on the pitched roof. They were inconsiderate about all of it, acted like they did nothing wrong. I complained to the salesman, to the project manager, to the website itself and yet I NEVER heard from anyone in management AT ALL, no one from management apologized, no one at all explained WHY they would not honor the contract we entered, no phone call, no letter, they acted as if they did nothing wrong. Garcia Broke the contract - they caused me stress and sleepless nights because they sent out a crew that did a terrible job and left it that way leaking for 8 weeks. They acted as if they did me a favor by not charging me for the work that DAMAGED my roof. At first they just tried to drop me saying they were just going to take the flat roof part out of the contract. I objected and asked for additional money off and they refused at first. I explained that I got 4 estimates and chose them based on them doing my entire roof and based on their entire price. I explained that by taking out only part of the contract, this was a real problem, other roofers did not want to do just the flat roof. They didn't care. My leverage at that point was that the contract had not been fully paid because the work had not fully been completed. I insisted on seeking out a new roofer and finding out the cost to properly complete the flat roof before I could agree to let them out of the contract. They finally agreed to reduce the contract by the cost of the new estimate, but it took me almost 2 weeks to get someone to actually agree to honor the rest of the contract and to give me a reduction of the full amount of the new contract. The only good thing that came out of getting a second roofer, was that they actually pointed out a really big error by Garcia that I didn't know was an issue, it looked odd to me, but the project manager had ok'd it so, I figured it was ok. Garcia failed to properly angle and secure the metal apron flashing coming off the pitched roof to the flat roof. Once the new roofer pointed it out, the Garcia project manager agreed that it wasn't done properly and that it was not secured. The flashing was actually angled up instead of down and for over two months it was allowing water to get trapped under the flashing. It took Garcia 16 days to fix the issue after they came out and inspected it and agreed it was not done correctly. After they fixed it, 2 weeks later they had to come back out again because it was already coming up. The new roofer advised their method of securing the apron was not recommended and could cause leaks down the line. Garcia nailed directly into the flat roof rather than pop riveting the apron to itself. Garcia refused to re-do it the apron and only touched up the sealant. It was full stress from November until the end of January, all because of Garcia. I will never do business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone. Their prices are good, but its not worth it in the end. Their website claims to "Guarantee" that they will estimate it correctly and do the job right - I called them out on that lie and they didn't even know what I was talking about- its the first line of their Garcia Guarantee - they responded telling me that I was getting a warranty. That was not the issue- the issue was, they gave me an estimate and entered a contract with me to do my entire roof and then tried to change the price and then completely did not honor our contract. They didn't live up to their "guarantee."

The work never never started. The estimator rescheduled twice, after the estimate, refused to provide estimate without going over in person at a later time. I have scheduled 3 times to meet with the estimator. He has skipped each appointment. Don't waste your time.
