Garcia Roofing

In the beginning, there was some difficulty in getting my phone calls returned to get my roof scheduled. One the schedule was set to come, my roof was done in a timely manner. The roofers did not show up the first and second days that were scheduled due to rain being in the forecast. Once they came, the old roof was removed and the new roof installed in one day. The roof looks great and the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up.

As usual, everyone at Garcia was professional and friendly. This job included repair of another roofer's recent work. The work was done well and efficiently. This is the 2nd time we've hired them, and having just renovated our entire house (interior), I am relieved to have in Garcia Roofing a business I can trust to do a good job, hassle-free.

The roofing job was completed in one day and the home looks new without the false dormers and architectual style shingles.

Estimator was prompt in coming out and delivered estimate promptly. The beginning of work was delayed slightly because the supplier did not deliver shingles on time, but other than that work went smoothly and quickly, and the quality of work was high. They did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards.

They are great. It is a family owned company and they are very dependable. They are professional and very good at their work.

Garcia Roofing responded promptly to my phone call. They also provided a price the next day. Once the work was scheduled, they showed up on time and performed the work in the time they said they would. They cleaned up all debris very well. There was a small issue that we called about 2 days later. They showed up proptly and corrected the issue without any questions. The roof looks great! I forgot how good our house can look. The gutters and awning were installed 1 week after the roof. They look amazing! I could not be happier!

I contacted Lee who promptly came out and gave me a detailed estimate. They were in line with other estimates, but I was impressed with the profesionalism of Lee and the details he provided. I had an issue with a small portion of roofing that Lee came out and personally took care of. The crew showed up on the date agreed on at 7:00AM and worked until 4:30PM with a 1 hour break for lunch. It took a full 2 days to complete the project. The crew picked up everything and hauled away. I would highly recommend Garcia.

The problem was a pretty severe leak through the ceiling in my bathroom. A guy from Garcia came out and spent about an hour and a half finding the problem in the roof. In order to do this he had to spend quite a bit of the time crawling around up in the hot attic looking for what was wrong. This turned out to be some rot in the wood roofing and damaged roof tile around a vent pipe. They all did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Rare these days. There was a glitsch that could have been serious. The crew started working on the wrong vent pipe protrusion, and it was about 10 minutes before I noticed it and told them they were working on the wrong thing. Some kind of communication foulup in the Garcia organization. They got it straight with their office and did a good job. All in all, they were a good bunch and the fix was successful.

Everything turned out wonderful. They are very good, and I would use them again.

Did not replace damaged lumber on roof as specified. Had to be recalled after examination to replace. Other leaks in roof with nails left in roof in the wrong places. Workers are poor and the managers were okay.

Satisfied with work. Came in on a Saturday and installed the roof in one day. Covered plants with tarps before staring. Yard was wet, but avoided damaging grass near house by putting down a path of old shingles to walk on. Good clean up when finished. No evidence of leaks, etc after 6 months. Quote matched best quotes I received, also matched insurance estimate.

We were very happy with Garcia's roofing services. The staff at all levels was professional and explained everything and answered questions. The workers were likewise professional, caused the least interruption in daily activities. We will definitely use them in the future if we need roofing services.

They were prompt, returned all phone call promptly, showed up at the appointed times. They were polite, courteous, clean and professional in all phases from estimate through to finished product. They cleaned the premises very well and collected all the nails etc. I am amazed and delighted at the thoroughness of their cleanup. This is the first time I have had my roof replaced without a flat tire resulting within the first few weeks after the job was completed.

They did a fine job, but it was a little bit expensive though. I am having no problems with it. There's no leak, and it's still up there. Actually, I was having problem with my chimney and I called them, but they never got back. But the chimney has nothing to do with the roof. Their workmanship was great, but I would never use them again. I think, I'd go to somebody else that's a little less expensive. They were much higher than anybody else in town.

My only complaint with them was that they did not clean afterwards. Other than that, they did a good job.

I called them up and got a quote and ended up going with a different company. They were quick about getting back to me and gave me a quote. They were very professional.

They were great. We called them and they set up a time. They came out and gave us a quote, which was very reasonable. They told me how long it would be. I don’t think it took but about a week. They had to make it; it's a metal thing on top. They came and put it on. They were very professional and super quick. We love it; it's what we wanted. They delivered everything that we asked and at the time we said. Most houses have these pretty little tin boxes that go on top of them. For some reason, we bought this house that didn’t have one. The roof is very high, and one day we were looking and said why don’t we have one of those. Not too many people happen to make those, but Garcia's do. We called quite a few roofing companies and they don’t even do that. But Garcia did it. We didn’t have a chimney cap; we had a chimney with some ugly, old pipe sticking out. They had three or four different types. He showed me each type. But we had three or four in the neighborhood, so I pointed to the one I wanted. He said that they can make that and they did it. It was perfect. We would definitely use them again in the future.

They installed a chimney cap on the fireplace, a metal awning over the front door and metal gutters. They were on time and finished the job in a 1 1/2 days. They provided us with an accurate estimate and cleaned up after they finished the job. I am very pleased with the quality of the material they used and the craftmanship of their work. They are very professional and did an excellant job. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Office personnel very professional, field estimater knowledgeable, roof installers did professional work with special awareness to homesite. Performed additional work very well and as expected.

They replaced the roof but not the flashing around the paraphet walls or chimney and the drip edge was incomplete causing water damage where it was not installed. When I found the leak due to the flashing not being changed, I called the company. They would not send anyone out to look at the poor job but instead said to change the flashing would have been more money and that I chose not to have it done. This is not so. As I looked at the neighbor's roofs, I could tell which ones Garcia did. The drip edge is not complete and they too have water damage. I guess it would have cost more to do a good job. This home is more than 30 years old and the flashing had always been changed when the roof was changed.

Lee showed up early, walked around the house with me pointing out things that would show up on the estimate and informed me of all the options I had. He did not talk down to me and wasn't pushy at all. He emailed me the quote a few days later (he had come out on a Friday and I had a quote in my email by Sunday night) and took the time to answer some questions I had thought about afterward. Although I did not decide to have Garcia redo my roof, I will keep their information on file in case I ever need anything ever again.

Very informative and honest evaluation of the roof. Did not try to push services. Said I should have another good 10 years on this one.

Garcia did a perfect job. As the son of a home builder I can say their work was super.
