+ -1 moreDaniel Speer gave us an estimate to replace all shingles, vents, and any wood decking that was bad and needed replacing. We authorized him to go ahead and he started the job the following Monday. His crew began as promised at 7:00am and stripped the old shingles, roofing liner, but did not replace any of the wood decking. Daniel told us the decking was fine and just needed nailing down in some areas which his crew took care of. (Any decking replaced would have been additional to the bid at an agreed per sheet rate which he could have done to increase his bill) we appreciate his honesty! The job was completed in 2 days and the roof looks awesome! We would gladly recommend Speer Roofing to any one.
Description of Work: Removed all old shingles and roofing paper down to wood decking. They were going to replace any wood decking that needed to be replaced but as it turned out the decking was fine and just needed to be nailed down in some areas. They replaced all of the air vents and installed new roofing material and 30year warranted shingles.

+ -1 moreThey tore off the old shingles, replaced some rotten wood then put new shingles on. The did the garage too to keep it matching with the house. They were tremendous and I would recommend them. The price was good for a roof; I have no complaints. Definitely when you have a leak or something, they come right out. I have been recommending them to other people.
