Description of Work: I purchased a house that has an alarm system installed by them. We've had 3-4 false fire alarms in the past few months. I call Total out to take a look at the system, reprogram it with anew code and set up monitoring. They replaced one faulty window sensor and said everything else looked fine. Now mind you, the electrical panel where the heart of the system is stored is a hot mess. There are wires and boards exposed and dangling in there. When we pointed that out to them they took no accountability for the bad installation and made no offer to fix it. We had another false alarm lst night. I will be calling another company for fox the mess Total created.

 + -1 moreHorrible non-service. I have one of their systems that did not function properly. Called the alarm monitoring number and left message. Never heard back. This was the second time this happened. I can't afford this lack of security. I cancelled alarm monitoring service and went with a new company.
Description of Work: Provider did nothing. He did not respond to my call and did not show up.
