Tassin Integrated Security does not sell prepackaged security systems. The homes and businesses of Southeast Louisana and the Gulf South Region are a unique mix of old and new, modern and classic, and modest to extravigant. None of the preassembled security systems could possibly provide proper protection to such a rich diversity of culture, style, and architecture. Description of Work: When Tassin first built my security system in 2010, they were great. Low price, and I'd own the system. No contracts (e.g., ADT). | |In 2013, a window sensor broke and the system was beeping. They came and removed it, and told me they'd have to order a new one and it'd take 1 week. Instead, it took about 4-5 months. I'd call every week never to have the called answered. One rare occasions, they'd answer and say they'd respond but they'd never do it. | |Finally after >10-12 calls, I got ahold of Nick. He said that they'd called me and left a message. That's really unlikely. I did research and saw that they are being sued by an apt complex for failing to deliver on a contract. | |I hate to say this but I need to be honest. Hopefully they can shape up their operation.
