Job was completed quickly and thoroughly.

I don't blame Stuart Services for they're prices. Every thing is so expensive these days but the price was overwhelming. The guys showed up on time and they did a fantastic job. I had to call them back because I needed the air flow redirected. The returned the following week and completed everything as requested. I would recommend them to anyone who needs ac/heating work.

I set up the appointment for an estimate and was told the representative would take a look at the work I needed done and give me 3 options. If I chose one to the options the $75 trip charge would be waived. Not the option I was looking for.

This company never showed up to the job. His excuse was that he did not have my phone number which is not true. I would never recommend this company to another contractor. He did indicate to me that his electrician was in the hospital and that he was going to be out later that evening but that did not happen either and when I called him around 5:30 pm that evening he either blocked my number or turned his phone off. I am a reputable company and I will not have my name tarnished because of some irresponsible contractor who don't care about their reputation. I had some government work that I wanted to offer this contractor but he is not reliable at all.

Hired the initial agency that contacted me.

They cancelled my appointment the morning they were scheduled to come and could not reschedule for 5 days, which was not acceptable when your A/C is out.

They repaired my AC in my rental property and did a good job.

Support staff at their office was most friendly courteous and helpful.
