+ -1 moreI left a message for Michael Sanchez and he called to schedule an estimate for the very next day. Michael listened to what I wanted and then recommended a security system to fit my needs. He didn't try to sell me more than I wanted or a long term contract for expensive monthly monitoring. He provided a reasonable written estimate that included an upgraded control panel for 10% less than what the other guys wanted for their and quot;plain Jane panel.and quot; Michael's estimate noted the option of monthly monitoring for $15/month. We scheduled the installation and Michael and his helper arrived on time. They worked efficiently and my installation was completed in good order. Michael took time to test the system and then go over basic instructions. I was very pleased with with the security system as well as the professional installation services received.
Description of Work: Install a wired security system with wireless expansion capability (property was previously wired.)

Description of Work: We only spoke on the phone -- based on my needs I ended up installing a DIY system myself -- but it was Mike who helped me figure out that that was what I wanted, even though he basically talked himself out of a sale. Trying to ask practical questions and get useful information from ADT is like asking a telemarketer to help you figure uot whether or not you need what they're selling. The answer to every question is sign up now unless you want your children to be murdered and everything you own sold for crack. It's like calling Glengarry Glen Ross to learn about prudent real estate investing. So thanks, Mike, for actually helping me on the phone.

+ -1 moreSanchez had to work on the phone wiring to get the alarm operational again. They did the work that Cox should have done, but didn't and Cox pretty much told us that they weren't going to do it.
Description of Work: The Sanchez's had repaired our alarm system - which was installed in 2004 by another company. We had problems more recently because of Cox. The Sanchez's came out and two people worked on the problem for 3 hours - for $100. The problem was something that Cox should have taken responsibility for, but didn't. They have done a great job for us every time they have come out.

+ -1 moreThe whole system cost us about 800 dollars and it was all done in 2 days. The first day was when they installed the wire and we put down 400 dollars first. The second day they came by and hooked the system up and we paid them the rest of the money. Monthly payment of only 15 dollars.

+ -1 moreWas were referred to Sanchez Alarm by a relative. Called and was given price list - extremely cheap compared to larger alarm companies. We set up an appointment for installation and it had to be delayed one day because another job ran late. The following day all installation was completed and the system was ready to go. Mike Sanchez (owner) did all the work himself along with assistance from his wife. He has more than ten years of experience installing alarm systems and everything looks very professional. I was very pleased.
Description of Work: Sanchez Alarm installed a new alarm system in my home including: 6 door/window sensors, 1 keypad, 1 battery backup, 1 internal alarm speaker, 1 motion sensor, and phone line tie in. Price included 1 year of alarm monitoring service @ $14/mo ($600 for installation of system + $168 for 1 year = $768 total)
