Description of Work: Rosa's repaired and refinished my hardwood floors. They had been painted over, which required more sanding than originally thought, but Rosa's stood by the original quote. Jafeth Rosa couldn't have been friendlier or more professional, explaining the entire process and working with me to salvage instead of replace termite-damaged floors, saving me a lot of money in the process. My one complaint is that there was a lot of wood debris left under the house, which I didn't discover until much later. I think that was just an oversight, because otherwise, they were very professional. The end result was fantastic - beautifully refinished pine floors.
