Description of Work: Holy cow, It was unreal. We got what they call the big cleaning and live in a 3800 sq. foot home. They showed up 8:30am with seven women and worked their butts off. They did everything ceiling fans, walls, in closets, inside cabinets, inside ovens, inside refrigerator, get this the windows inside and out, and even the light scones in front of my house. It might take a little time to get them to call you back to set it up, but wow!! it is worth it.

+ -1 moreI called the number listed, and left a voicemail. Later that day I received a text from Pamela, who stated she was Reinas daughter. We proceeded to setup the appointment for an estimate for Saturday September 29th between 1-1:30PM. Saturday comes, and she is a no show. I called the number and a gentleman answered who claimed to be the husband (not sure who's husband), and that they were at the store shopping; that he would locate her (Pamela I think) and have her call me. Two hours pass and I call back, no answer; It rings (so therefore the phone was on), but no one answers or calls me back. If you are looking for professionals, who are considerate and punctual, I would NOT recommend you calling Radiance Cleaning.
Description of Work: No actual services were performed, Reinas was supposed to come to my house on Saturday September 29th. I was told she likes to see the house before giving an estimate. I was getting a top-down cleaning and get on an every two weeks cleaning schedule.

+ -1 moreI would highly recommend them. They mop, dust, vacuum, clean the bathrooms, clean the ceiling fan blades and do a very thorough cleaning.
Description of Work: They come every two weeks and clean my house.

Description of Work: I use them for housecleaning. They do everything except for laundry and changing the beds.
