+ -1 moreMr. Volker came to my home. He knocked on the door to let us know he was there and would be looking at the steps in front of the house. After looking around he just left. He never came back to the door to say I can do the job or I cant do the job. I tried calling him for a few days after and he would never return my call. I fugured he was unwilling to do the work. He could have atleast told me. Lack of Professionalism!
Description of Work: I called the provider to come out and look at the concrete steps in front of my house. There was a crack in the steps that was causing water to leak into my house.

+ -1 moreMr. Volker looked at the three story creole brick wall of our property in the French Quarter. We were having water infiltration issues which had led to interior termite damage. After careful assessment, he concluded that the water infiltration was not due to excessive brick porosity, but instead was from hidden roof issues and decaying wood around several windows that were not easily accessible from the outside of the property. He very honestly advised us to address those two issues instead of waterproofing the brick, which we did. He was correct and that took care of the problem. He was professional and honest. I would call him without hesitation for any future issues.
Description of Work: Mr. Volker came to our property and gave us an assessment of a water infiltration problem we were having.

Description of Work: Because of this company being listed on Angie's list I gave him a try. After leaving no less than 7 messages over a period of 14 days, I have yet to hear from Mr. Volker. The number he list has an answering machine that sounds awful, scratchy, like the old tape machines. If you attempt to use this company, GOOD LUCK!! Henry Gilley, Sr. Slidell, LA
