 + 1 moreHe used a bobcat operator who had larger contracts, so we waited willingly for the bobcat to work on a Saturday. The lawn and walkway were installed on Monday. Subsequently, we called him about a month later to install the garden beds. He installed them during the course of an afternoon. I now plan to have some planting done in the back yard, and Ron and I will meet next week for him to give me estimates for enlarging a bed and installing new plants, as well as putting in a new bed.
Description of Work: We had the front yard graded and scraped with a bobcat after having some plumbing excavation. The excess soil was hauled away, and then grass was installed on the lawn. 2 garden beds were put in also, designed by Perkins. Perkins contracted out the bobcat work, but supervised it to make sure the grade was correct. He then put in a small mounded bed in the corner of the yard to disguise the sewer drain, consisting of several interesting plants that he chose according to his own design, which we approved. He also put in a circular bed for a camellia in the center of the yard. Also, he installed path stones to replace the concrete walk way that had been destroyed. The path stones are squared with one another and leveled flush to the ground, in a two by two pattern that is very neat looking. Now, 6 months later, the work still looks new.

I am licensed landscape horticulturist thru the state of Louisiana, and fully insured. You can have a licensed and insured professional for the same price of a non professional without insurance and no license.
We do not cut lots or abandoned properties and we hold the right to turn down any jobs to our discretion. We are not required by state law to warrant plants on any landscaping projects.
