My husband and I are very pleased with the service... the young ladies have been nice and appear to take pride in their work cleaning my home...We have had a very good relationship with the service and its management staff.....

My first encounter with this business was a good one; however, since it was a new cleaning, I paid $170.00 for it. However, on the second visit, a different housekeeper did the work, which is something I would prefer not have happened. I would grade that job a C-. The floors were not well done. Perhaps a mop had been used to go over my wood floors, but the ground in dirt and any spots from spilling were still evident. There were areas where nothing had been done. There was dirt and debris on the floors in some areas,which had not even been vacuumed. The thing that upset me most was that I had pulled from the wall a light hope chest, which contained linens, hoping that the vacuum cleaner would be used in the area behind it. This is a spot I checked for cleanliness on the evening of the cleaning, when I returned home. The chest, which is only as high as the knee, weighs less than 20 lbs, and glides when pulled. The area behind it was filthy. The next day, in daylight, I noticed horrendous scratches on my 100-year old cypress wood floor at one corner of the chest. The only way this could have occurred would be by gouging the area, repeatedly. It was about 10:00 a.m.,when I noticed it. I immediately called the owner, and asked her to come see what had been done. She obviously did not listen to what I was trying to tell her. She just kept repeating: "We do not move furniture." She told me that she would contact the woman who had been assigned to clean my house to see what she had to say and call me right back. By 5:00 p.m. that evening, I had not heard a word from the owner,so I fired her. She sent me numerous text messages with nothing but excuses and accusations toward me. She behaved in an extremely unprofessional manner. This just added insult to injury. I would not recommend this service because I don't like the idea of more than one individual being assigned to clean my house. As I mentioned, the second cleaning was a big disappointment. The callousness with which the owner addressed what happened to my floor is inexcusable. Finally, I believe the owner acted immaturely in sending me every excuse she could think of via text message, without coming to see what her worker had done to my floor. I simply do not want someone working at my house who will not take responsibility for wrong-doing.
