Eric viewed the damage and sent a paint crew to repair the ceiling. I was very happy to receive the senior discount as a member of Angie's List.

+ -1 moreRepairman arrived on schedule, selected replacement shingles to match existing type and shade and installed roofing patch material, then installed replacement shingles. He also asked if the work met my approval and if I had any questions. He was polite and professional and promptly started work on the roof. I was satisfied with the repair and indicated that to him. I also indicated that if/when I needed roof services, I would contact Perdomo. There is no leakage at the repaired location and we are comfortable with the Perdomo's services. Finally made an appointment and the guy seemed nice and professional, took measurements, assured me he'd get me an estimate within a few days. It's been at least 3 weeks and still haven't received the estimate. Needless to say, I've moved on.

Description of Work: We had a stubborn leak in our clay tiled roof. They had to come out three times, but were pleasant and prompt each time. They fixed it!
