They came in prepped, and painted and everything took about 3-4 days! Was plenty fast for us, and we are incredibly pleased with the end result!

They did a good job on time and even did extra work for me! His crew was very good!!!

The deal was - this company would replace or repair as needed the wood siding on our home and then paint, the person we dealt with assured us that he would come out from time to time during the process to make sure all was going well. We never had any visits and when we called requesting one for the purpose of inspecting the work, we were told the person had so much going on they were unable to come check on us. In fact we had to call to advise them that the work had been completed and insisted someone come check the quality, as we were not happy with it. Finally got a visit to be told that the finish was acceptable as this was an old house, they did however agree with us that a repair on the front of the house was unsightly and were advised that someone would be coming back to fix it and remove the large nails (four weeks later we are still waiting). We had to constantly supervise the sub Pelican used in order to fix up places were the paint had run or was peeling off and places which had not been properly sanded, the sub informed us that the contact was 'sanded as needed' which I did not understand as obviously the area needed to be sanded. The sub also did not think that they should be responsible for removing any old nails in order to sand and paint, and also felt that they were not responsible for removing debris on completion of the work even though removal was in the contract. We called Pelican and they told us that 'debris' described in the contract did not include the wood removed for replacement and that we would have to take care of that ourselves. I also regret going with the salespersons suggestion of a semi gloss finish, it is very shiny and shows up all of the flaws. We would not recommend or use this company again.

Pressure washed, replaced rotten wood, caulked,sealed and painted. All done in a very professional manner. Jose and his helper were always polite, respectful, and showed up on time ready to work. They were very meticulous about their work and never left a mess, always cleaning up every day before they left. I would highly recommend Pelican Paint to anyone.

My house is old. It needed washing, scraping, sanding. It had rotted boards needing replacement. Pelican did it ALL. My home hasn't looked this good since it was built. Ivan and his crew worked their butts off and did an excellent job. All at a really great price. Highly recommend!

Contractor arrive 4 1/2 hrs late. No calls to inform me. No calls returned. 3/4 did not speak English and were unable to perform tasks necessary to remove entire ceiling.

They did a great job for us and we would recommend them to anyone.

Owner of the company was very proactive. Viewed work while in progress, pointed out tasks that needed to be completed or over looked, came back to inspect and made sure I was pleased before concluding the job. Completed job in the projected time frame, professional and friendly. Gave his name to 2 of my friends.
