PC TUNE UPS

PC Tune Ups initially told me my computer would be ready in 5 days. After 10 days I contacted them, whereupon they told me it would be read within a day. 5 days after THAT, I contacted them again and was told it would definitely be ready within 5 more days. On the 21st day, I appeared in person to pickup the computer (to take it somewhere else) and coincidentally, my machine was ready. Never at any time did PC Tune Ups attempt to contact me I always contacted them after allowing ample time for the work to be done. Furthermore, I indicated specifically what needed to be done to fix the computer, and indeed, the problem the work they did was exactly what I requested, meaning they didn't need to do any "searching" to figure out what was wrong. Finally, I was charged for 2 hours of labor on a repair job that I know takes only 30-45 minutes.
