It was very good. They seem to be very professional, they identified the problem that we are not aware of and they fixed it. They are personable, professional and they are very prompt. I was happy, so far it's working.

They fixed my electrical panel board and outlet. They're really good, and the prize is very reasonable.

When the guy showed up he went through their entire pricing guidelines (so no guesswork about what costs what or wondering if your neighbor got a better estimate/deal). He found that the wiring was loose (and very diplomatically indicated that it had been installed poorly in the first place) and the entire room would have eventually lost power! I asked a bunch of questions about things on my house wish list (installing an over the sink light, etc) and he went over each one and indicated where they were in the pricing spectrum and why. He then mentioned they had an Angie's deal going on for installing a motion sensor flood light (including the light) which I later bought and had them install. The 2nd time they came out was just as prompt, professional and courteous. While they are probably not the cheapest deal out there, they have a great guarantee, clear pricing structure and hours I can fit into my work. I also trust that they did a good job...

Gave us fair pricing and did more then expected

I called Mr Sparky this morning after finding them on Angie's List, I told them I had a bad secondary breaker to my pool equipment. They said they could have a tech out today. The price started at a basic rate of $39($69 less a $30 coupon) The tech arrived. It was a bad 220 breaker. He said it would cost $247 to repair. The service call took 15 minutes. When my husband came home for lunch he went ballistic. He said it was a $5 part and that was a ridiculous price. He felt I had been taken advantage of since I did not know what was involved. My husband called and spoke with the service tech who said I had agreed to the price and said they had a lot of overhead to cover. Needless to say, I am in the dog house. I will never call Mr Sparky again!!!!!!!!

They are always prompt, and come out when they say they are coming out. The technicians that have come to my house seem to know what they are doing. I plan on using them in the future.

Identified service from Angie's List. Very professional service - once we decided on what was to be repaired, gave me a set price based on service grid. I could have shopped for a slightly lower price elsewhere. Overall was well satisfied with the service and the repair. Will use them again.

This is the second time I have used Mr. Sparky (two separate issues). On both occasions Jason came to the call. Jason is a true professional, and is able to determine what the problem is, explain it in layperson's terms, and offer a corrective solution. He is punctual, professionally groomed and dressed. There is no left behind "residue"...other than the problem being fixed...there would be no evidence that someone had come and conducted any work - - even the vehicle was clean! I am also very impressed with the way I have assisted on the phone, either making an appointment or follow up. I would highly recommend Mr. Sparky to anyone who requires an electrician (and ask for Jason!!!!).

Everything went really well. They were always on time. It cost a little more than other quotes I got but their quality of work was well worth the extra money.

We were glad to find a company willing to come out to see us on a Saturday. They gave us an accurate time frame to expect to see our technician, and we received a phone call prior to Sam's arrival. We received a very detailed estimate from Sam. He took the time to fully understand what all we wanted, and then gave us an itemized listing breaking down the individual price for each point on our list. Sam helped us to prioritize what things were safety issues that needed immediate attention, and what items can be easily added later. Sam scheduled us for the following Tuesday and Wednesday. He was punctual and worked efficiently to make sure that the power was not turned off any longer than necessary. He was able to get the job done in 2 days when he initially thought it may have needed 3 days. He stayed well beyond the end of the day to make sure he got it done. Sam went above and beyond to make sure we understood how he accomplished everything we had wanted, and we were very comfortable having him work in our home. We could not be happier with our entire experience.

The are responsive, prifessional and knowledgeable. They also have a pricing system like none other electricians where you can get an approximate cost ahead of time for your particicular job.

I was very satisfied with Mr. Sparky both times I used them. They are very transparent about their prices. They have a pre-printed list with the prices of most common jobs, so you know what you're getting. They were also prompt. It has been two years since they installed my circuit breaker panel, and I have had no problems with it.

Jason Garza was terrific. Part of one circuit in the front of the house suddenly died (some of the outlets worked but others didn't in the same circuit). This was a circuit that would trip about every two week or so. So I called Mister Sparky. Jason came quickly (next day, I think) and gave the house a thorough inspection. He discovered what I feared, that the front of the 100+ year-old 2-story house had old bad wiring. Also that our electrical panel was too small for the load and the number of lines it was carrying, and it had the old breakers. He gave us pricing for: a) replacing the bad circuit, b) replacing circuit and upgrading box, and c) upgrading box and redoing all the old circuits. He explained everything well. We agreed on the full upgrade with a lifetime warranty. He returned a week later to do the work (interrupted by heavy rain). It took three days, with Jason coming all days and an assistant one day. Jason and assistant were extremely efficient; they were also extremely polite, quiet, and even-tempered, despited being surrounded by a fair amount of chaos in the house with a large dog and other workers and guests. Since it had been raining and they had to work under the house, I expected some dirt to be brought in. But Jason and the assistant were careful to roll up the carpets and walk only on the wood floors, and wipe their shoes (of course), plus they wore protective suits under the house. There was no tracking of mud. At the end of each day, they cleaned up spotlessly and returned the house to full power. As the project progressed, Jason explained everything and consulted with me about various options for outlets, switches, etc; he let me know when the power would be off and tried not to inconvenience us too much. They had to move antique furniture and heavy file cabinets to get to some of the outlets, and they did so with great care. Jason even had to move a large class-fronted bookcase that was secured to the floor with quarter-round; I worried that something would break (the glass or the quarter round), but Jason did it perfectly. Happily they also fixed the circuits in my husband's home office, which were greatly underpowered. We feel safer knowing that the house is finally correctly wired and not a fire hazard. Jason left us with a perfectly clean house, too.

Everything went perfect. In dealing with Christian, I felt like I was dealing with family. He was very honest, professional, knew just what to look for, what to do and showed how prices were formulated. I passed on the card and phone number for Mister Sparky to a friend who just happened to need this type of help. I would not think twice before calling Mister Sparky. ps truth be known, I wish I would have had Mister Sparky do my kitchen counter lights and other repairs done previously.

He shut off two electrical units and half my house has no electricity. He says that they're not connected, but I have no electricity. They replaced two ballasts last year that now need replaced again. They're unreliable and I would not recommend them. The technician, Sam, also reeks of cigarettes.

I was delighted that someone was able to come out the same day I called. My initial problem, a loose wire to one of my circuits, was easily diagnosed and repaired, but Christian confirmed what I'd long suspected, which is that I needed a new breaker panel. This was an unwelcome expense but not unexpected, as I'd had many instances of breakers tripping, and Christian demonstrated how much arching was going on in the panel. He explained the process and the pricing to me clearly and carefully, and he was able to set up an appointment for later that week. The price was not cheap, but it was reasonable, based on my online research, and Christian was very professional and accommodating. He spent nearly the whole day, in part because there were some circuits that were difficult to identify, and in part because, during installation of my panel, the piece of Hardie board siding in which the hole for the wiring was cut broke. I was disappointed in this, but I realize that Hardie board is difficult to work with, and when I pointed the problem out to him, Christian took a great deal of time to straighten out a crooked piece and fully caulk a gap in the boards that resulted from the break. It now looks perfect at a distance, and only upon very close inspection can you see any anomaly. I couldn't have asked for more, so over all I feel very good about the experience and am comfortable knowing that the installation was done correctly and professionally.
