Description of Work: Had Mister Sparky spent 90 minutes at my house to explain the scope of work I wanted. Electrical switches, change old recessed lights into new. Put new recessed lights etc... inseveral rooms, They never called me back. I called the office 2 weeks after the initial meeting to ask them if I will ever get a quote or if they are not interested in the work or what? The secretary told me ... OF COURSE, let me ask the electrician and get back with you !!.... They then never called me back What a waiste of my precious time. Kenner, Louisiana 09/2016

Description of Work: They changed out a bunch of overhead lights. He gave me a price at the beginning and then one of the lights was much more time-consuming than he thought. But he kept with the original price. Great job, nice guy, all around great experience. A few years ago they also put in a generator. Same great experience.

Description of Work: "Jeremy from MISTER SPARKY replaced my circuit breaker 100 amp panel with a larger 125 amp panel, installed a 220 line for a new range and a new line for the dishwasher. Jeremy was punctual, extremely polite and friendly, and performed the work well. The cost was $2,670.00. I had MISTER SPARKY come back out the following week to install a ceiling fan remote and switch and replace outlets in the kitchen. Once again, Jeremy was punctual, extremely polite and friendly, and performed the work to my complete,satisfaction. The charge was $442.00 after a using $50.00 discount coupon received with the prior work. On both occasions, Jeremy explained my options about the work being done, as well as other services, including a surge protector that goes on at the meter and protects the whole house. I hope to get that in the future when finances allow. I will definitely call MISTER SPARKY and ask for Jeremy. "

Description of Work: Electrician came on time for trouble shooting of two 'no electricity' problems that were not switches or circuit breakers. He was thorough and traced out the circuits and found the problems and corrected them. I would hire that company again. Service was about 2 weeks ago
