Can't wait to have them back as he found another loose outlet in the same wall 'since I have been here so little time' and tightened it up. They will check all outlets an smoke detectors an switches when they return and finally I will feel safe.

Fantastic. Mr. Sparky will call you and recall you until work has been performed. They are really on top of their response time and will send a technician so quickly. We removed wires from large 2 x 4's, removed them and replaced the wires in wire moldings that are much smaller (wires could not be put in wall as house is an old shotgun with no 'dead space' behind walls. Page (the electrician) was incredibly neat (he swept up all dust after) and fast, and solved the problem the best way possible and in the most attractive manner. He also fixed other small things. I found the price to be extremely reasonable. Would only use them in the future.

Very impressed with the service. He was here within the hour on a Saturday, kept me informed of everything he was doing, gave me explanations and information on the system and service. Very knowledgeable, competent and professional. Would definitely use this service again. Rate for service on the weekend was very reasonable.

I wholeheartedly recommend Mister Sparky. They were exactly on time for my initial appointment and again when they came to do the work. The electricians were courteous and professional. Their price was reasonable, and the service was performed without incident.

I am very impressed with them and I would recommend the Mister Electric-New Orleans to anyone. My first contact was with the office manager, Donna and she was very professional. I wanted to make sure I could get a Saturday appointment and that they would take credit cards. She assured me this was not a problem, and additionally she called the day before the appointment to confirm it. The technician that came out was Page and he took care of the situation. The light fixture that needed work is in a very awkward place and he worked it and finally got it to work. He took the time to clean up and was very professional and pleasant. The is the first electrician I have had to call in Covington and I was very pleased and I will use them again.

Great installation, very professional. He found that my hot water heater was missing the proper grounding and didn't charge extra to fix it. Highly recommended.

This review might seem too good to be true but they arrived on time, were straight foward, clean, and professional and finished a day early and exactly on budget to boot. The guys were easy to deal with and seemed to be real hard workers wasting no time while here. Page and Bryan were top notch on my job.

Mister Sparky is a franchise so you know they will have nice trucks and uniforms and everything will have a Mr. Sparky logo. You also can probably guess that their fees are a bit higher than your average electric guy. In fact, their billing invoices have ten distinct categories of service with listings of typical items covered in that category, ranging from Level 1, $55 ("Up to 2-std lamps/one fixture (below 16 ft), 110v SP switch/outlet, CS-fan light kit, CS dimmer", etc.) to Level 10, $1,089 ("50A hot tub circuit w/o GFCI, 40-80A 240 circuit, 2-circuit restoration", etc). So there's no room for bargaining and bickering about "What's this gonna to cost me?" Having said all that, my service call was prompt, professional, and hassle-free. Mr. Sparky might cost a little bit more than your average electrician or handyman, but I would call them again without hesitation.

Arrived on time and did the work efficiently.

The technician, Brian, could not have been nicer or more thorough. He worked hard to get the utility out as quickly as possible and stayed through right to the end to make sure everything happened as quickly as possible. Since my refrigerator, freezer and stove were all offline in 95 degree heat, speed was important. Thanks too to Donna in the office for working hard to get an electrician here as quickly as possible. The price was more than fair, the speed was great, and the people were wonderful. Wish every supplier in town could be as good!

They worked quickly and got the job done right. They even came back to help install the appliances, because they required direct connections to the 220V outlets (not plugs) without any further cost.

I contacted Mr. Sparky Friday, July 13, 2012 and received a return call I believe within an hour. After explaining my problems I was told someone would be out the same day about 2 o'clock. The technician, Bryan arrived on time and immediately went about assessing the problem. After some investigating the problem was discovered and corrected. He found a tripped breaker and an outlet that was hidden behind the sheetrock. The technician was very professional and obviously skilled at his trade. I was very pleased with the timely and quality work done. I was overly pleased with the cost. I will definitely use Mr. Sparky again and I highly recommend this company.

Mister Sparky ran wires from the patio wires from the patio into the attic. They were very professional and have up front pricing. They did it in a timely manner. Cleaned up after themselves. I will use them again in the future.

We had 2 appointments with Mister Sparky. For the first we had several outlets changed in the master bedroom as there was a short in one that made the others not work. This process was quick and our service tech promptly cleaned up the small mess made from cutting dry wall to install a 4-plug outlet instead of a 2 plug. The technician had a price sheet with everything listed out. This made me feel like he wasn't just coming up with a random figure to charge us. The total charge was $220. After the first appointment, I scheduled for the same technician to convert our house from fuses to breakers. This had to be scheduled a few days in advance, which was fine. On the day of the appointment, I met the tech at our house to let him in, and left him to change the box which is located outside. When I returned home, he was done. Even though he had to cut through brick and have someone else come to help with part of it (our house is older and has had several owners that didn't always do things to code) we were still charged the quoted amount and not a penny more. The total cost for this was $1850, and is based on how large of a panel they install.

They said they were coming and they came exactly when they said they were coming. Their men did the work while he was here.

There has been a noise coming from my meter and/ or electrical panel which sounds like humming/ zapping for a long time. After troubleshooting with Entergy, I was advised to contact an electrician. I contacted Mister Sparky and one of their electricians came out to take a look at the issue (of course, the noise which is fairly constant did not occur the entire time that he is at my house). The electrician did his best to make an assessment of the issue and provided me with an estimate. On the scheduled date of service, he was at my home and heard the noise and realized the problem was not electrical at all. The company and the electrician contacted me. They were completely honest and did not charge me for any service and said that they hoped I would use them again if I needed to in the future. I find that kind of honesty and integrity completely refreshing and would recommend this company to anyone I know. I would feel completely confident that I would be getting a fair estimate and quality service from Mister Sparky and will definitely contact them again should the need arise.

They did a great job! They came by quickly in the morning, before I had to go to work and were professional. They have a nice pricing chart (it’s called the straightforward pricing plan) that shows the fees and charges, so you don’t feel like they’re making up the price as they go along.

It has been a great experience overall; they’ve been out to my home twice actually. They have a price sheet that has 10 basic categorizes of electrical repair work, so when they finish walking through your home with you to find out what you need, it’s a pretty straight forward price and easy to understand! They can give you a quote for it and it’s not a made up price. They also honored a coupon since we’re Angie’s List members. Donna is the person I speak with over the phone, and she’s been pleasant to deal with. Christen, the electrician that they sent out, was punctual, very knowledgeable and did a great job. We’ll be using their services again.
