Mister Sparky

These guys came out on two occasions. First they moved a few electrical outlets. They fixed outdoor landscape lights. The first time they came, it was raining horribly. They worked through the rain and made sure to remove their shoes before coming into the house and after they were finished they cleaned up after themselves. They recommended that I not fix one section of lights, and I was very grateful for their honesty. On the second visit, they came out and repaired an outdoor light. The work was quick and the electrician was very polite. I plan on calling them again soon-I keep thinking of things for them to do since they are so good.

Our service person was punctual, knowledgeable and very professional. We are very pleased with the service and would definitely use Mr. Sparky again.

I really feel that I was over charged. The technician really only needed to replace two switches which was very easy to identify. He went through a non essential testing process which was just window dressing! Charge should have been $106._x000D_|I don't like it when service people go through the process of trying to insult your intelligence!

Several outlets and overheard lights went out at my mother's old shotgun. After replacing all the fuses and the main fuse we called Mr. Sparky (I used them before at my house) Everything went well. They were prompt for the circuit repair and returned for a scheduled time to replace the breaker box. The job took about 3-4 hrs. Of course there was sticker shock as always with plumbers and electricians, but they gave us the quote up front and we knew going in what the price was. I did check with another electrician and he said the price was fair.

Had no power to a light and several outlets in one room. Really did a thorough job assessing and correcting the problem. Have a very old box that needs replacing and will definitely consider them for this pricey job.

They showed up on time for both the estimate and the repair. That is unfortunatly a big deal these days. They explained exactly what was gonna be done, about how long it should take, and the cost. When installing, they had a small issue. It was no big deal, it just took a little longer. They kept me infomed through the whole process of what what was going on. I am very happy with their service and will use them the next time I need any electrical work done.

He finished the work in less than 2 hours. This is the second time I’ve hired them. They are responsive and their prices are reasonable. They are prompt with their services. The guy working in my attic did drop my attic door and it chipped the tile in my hallway. They paid to have that fixed quickly. They told me right away that they would take care of it. I wasn’t glad to have the damage, but they made it not so much of a hassle.

We scheduled an appointment for the next week (earliest opening). I ended up going with another vendor that could do the work needed the next day.

We just bought a new house and all circuits run in the attic were not up to code, so we had them fix all that and also added an electric range. It was hard to schedule an appointment, but once they came in they were great. The two men that came to work were extremely professional and efficient. One of them came in advance to give us the estimate and he was awesome: very clear explaining what to do and how much it was going to cost. They actually have a price list so you know they won't make up how much to charge depending the neighborhood they go to. Excellent experience!

Work was done timely, neat, and very professional.

Mr. Sparky's representative did not have the right surge protector on the first visit. After the right sized surge protector was received the installation proceeded without any problems.

Great job. Polite, on time, and much less than some others would have charged. Also did job on first visit, unlike some who will only provide an estimate on the first visit and install later on.

Technician was very knowledgable and professional. He was very neat and cleaned up everything after himself. He explained everything he was doing.

The electrician, Rob, was so professional and really nice. I could tell he was more interested in being helpful than anything else.I would use them again and request Rob.

They were just competent and prompt. I guess they didn't jerked me around and they just do what they were going to do; I just told them my problem and they did it.

He did a really good job. In fact, when he showed up I wasn't here and he waited and got to work. He was willing to do some other work for me, but couldn't finish it in the same day.

Mister Sparky was very neat and a very nice man. He did the job.

Called for a quote they came right out, told me I would have the quote in 1-2 days a week later I called asking for the quote it still took 3 more days for price quote. I was given a date of when the work would start and morning of the start date I got a call that they would not be able to start for another week. They did the job I had some concerns about the work it did not look safe and other thing were not done like agreed and they left the a mess. I had to call 4 times to get some one to come look at my concerns to took about a week before some one came to look at the job and agreed it was not done correctly and not what we had agreed to have done. They came a few days later took them over 3 hours to correct the work and told be they would be back to label the new fuse panel it has been 2 months have not see them. I have not called them back I just don't want to deal with them anymore

Very punctual, considerate, explained all pricing before hand, stood by work, had a problem later and came by to check it out. Turned out it was my ignorance.

Replacement/repairs went smoothly and efficiently. About an hour of labor.

A technician came out within a day or two and quoted a price for the work. Because of the nature of the work I expected them to leave some wiggle room (the other company I called gave me a wide range) but he told me it was a firm price even if the work turned out to be more difficult than apparent; which it did. The same electrician who gave me the qoute returned with a helper to perform the repairs. The work took two days. I was comfortable leaving them with a key while I was at work. I believe they went above and beyond the agreed upon work and as I mentioned did not raise the price when some of the tasks became more involved than anticipated. I will definitely use them again.
