Arthur showed up at my house right on time with a big smile ready to work! He was so pleasant and knew exactly what needed to be done. He got to work right away all the while explaining things to me. David arrived ahead of time and diagnosed the problem from our description in minutes. He replaced the wall outlet and explained how it caused the problem. He checked other places that might cause problems, and suggested solutions. We are very pleased with his work and will request him when we need electrical services in the future. We are also very happy with Mr. Sparkys Customerservice.

On time, prompt, diagnosed for for an hour (without charge) did the work expertly and left. All great. My pool guy had taken apart some wiring. Indecipherable to me. I needed a new breaker and a new line pulled. The electrician did it all well and quickly.
