Luz Cleaning Services

This was the second time I'd used this company. The first time they were pretty good but the second time was pitiful. I got the impression I was being punished because I didn't hire them to by my weekly cleaning service. The apartment was defiantly dirty - it was a rental that hadn't be cleaned after the previous tenant had moved out. I asked for a price to clean the space and was quoted the $300 price tag. After two hours they said they were done. The apartment wasn't anywhere close to clean they had just worked for two hours and called it done. They hadn't even vacuumed. When pressed for information I was told that they worked two hours and that was all I was going to get for the $300 quoted. I did not request an hourly quote, I asked what it would cost to clean the apartment. They did not clean the apartment. I will NEVER hire them again and would suggest that they not be hired for any reason. They are only really looking for weakly clients.

The only thing is that she wants to make you an every other week client. I think that is her personality. That is the only issue she is very persistent. But I would rather, that she lets me call her when I need her. She is the best. She is eager to have regular clients.
