Description of Work: Kenny and his assistant added a gas line and ran it to 2 small coffee roasters and installed duct work for us.

+ 0 moreI have used David Lorio for many years and have never been disappointed. He is very professional and gets the job done right. The services involved two trips because he had to prepare the area for the new dishwasher. The appliance was delivered, and he came the next day to complete installation. I highly recommend David.
Description of Work: I had a few plumbing issues around the house and also purchased a new dishwasher replacing a very old one. the plumbing was not up to code for the new one. Mr. Lorio removed old dishwasher, reworked water pipes for new dishwasher, reworked drain for new dishwasher, and installed new dishwasher. He snaked, cleaned out and adjusted drain and pop-up assembly for master bath. He repaired toilet in utility area and faucet on lavatory. He replaced p-trap for kitchen sink drain.
