+ -1 moreMatthew is pleasant, friendly and reliable. His rates are very reasonable, and he is agreeable when I ask him to do various tasks. I am a local Realtor, and sometimes ask Matthew to cut a lawn for an open house on short notice; he has never let me down. I do not hesitate to recommend Matthew for your grass cutting, yard clean up and maintenance.
Description of Work: Matthew has been cutting my grass for 3 years. I have a 45 ft. sycamore tree in my yard that drops all it's leaves every winter, so you can imagine the mess. I also have a live Oak that drops all it's blossoms and often we have a bumper crop of acorns. Matthew provides his own lawn bags and has my yard looking clean and groomed in no time. (my lot is 40 x 120). Occasionally I will ask Matthew to dig up an out of control palmetto plant or bamboo plant. He brings his chain saw the next visit and gets the job done. Last year after Hurricane Issac, Matthew came to clean my yard as soon as I called him; he not only filled bags and bags with leaves, branches and debris, but he used his chain saw to cut into pieces a gigantic Sycamore branch that had crashed into my yard, and hauled the pieces away. He also loaned me a small generator so that I could run a lamp and fan during that horrible week with no electricity! I have never asked Matthew to plant anything for me, but I'm sure he could handle that as well.
