Description of Work: My toilet in the upper bathroom was running frequently which I felt was causing too much water to be used also water was leaking into the cabinet under the bath sink rendering the cabinet almost useless. |Brian came out on time and changed the toilet flush valve. He then proceeded to replace the bath sink faucet with a Delta faucet that I had Purchases at Lowe's. He was very polite and professional and I am pleased with the service.

Description of Work: Old house with old plumbing. The toilet was backing up and leaking at the base while showering. They removed the toilet and relealed it, cleaned out the pipes in all bathrooms and even from the roof. They did all this in 100 degree heat.

+ -1 more1st plumber came out, charged me $600 for the same job and didn't fix the problem. Refused to believe the p-trap could be the problem. Wanted to charge me over $6000 to dig under my house because of some standing water in the main drain line. Unbelievable. Lenny's came out for the 2nd opinion and replaced the p-trap and what do you know? The rubber gasket from the washing machine drain was clogging the p-trap just like I had told the other plumbing company who wouldn't listen.
Description of Work: Removed clogged p-trap for w/m drain and replaced it. This was a second opinion and it was much better than the previous one.
